Event Unload Truck & Set-up - Saturday, Oct 24th STARTING AT 12 NOON!! Welcome anyone who can show up during the day.

Event Breakdown & Load Truck - Sunday, Oct 25th FROM 12PM - 5PM. Welcome anyone who can show up to assist.

DUTY DESCRIPTIONS

VIP Escort (outside): Call out for VIP tickets holders on the red carpet. Verify guest name. Pull guests from the line (unhook velvet rope), walk them inside and pass off to the Table Escort

Table Escort (inside): Locate VIP Packet and personally escort guests to their assigned table

Champagne Pourers 9-10pm (TABC) (3) Servers 9-10pm (TABC)

Food Buffet/Bussing: Fill and replenish food items as needed. Maintain plates/napkins. Keep area clean of trash and spilled food droppings. Toss away any noticable trash lying about the venue and return empty glasses to champagne station.

Event Set-up: Assist with unloading all gear from truck. Candice to provide Task Sheets outlining duties (stage/lighting/VIP tables/décor/Cathedral & Tarot tents, etc.). Food and beverage provided to volunteers during the day -- either pizza or sandwiches.

Event Breakdown: Assist with taking down all décor, packing into boxes and loading into the truck. Will provide food and beverage for all volunteers.

ALL VOLUNTEERS ATTEND EVENT FOR FREE AND ARE GRANTED + 1 GUEST PASS

Station Set-Up 7:30pm (1 volunteer)

Raffle Sales: Team of 2 people per shift to roam through crowd, encouraging guests to purchase $5 Raffle Tickets. Will wear "Cigarette Girl" tray. *Must utilize Paypal app on personal smart phone to handle credit card transactions.

Check-in Table: Team of 2 people per shift to check off names of pre-sales tickets, provide VIP packets and sell door tickets. *Must utilize Paypal app on personal smart phone to handle credit card transactions.

Cathedral Attendant (patio): Offer "sacraments" (magic berry tablets) to guests. Maintain and replenish fruit cups (stored in outside cooler)
