• Enforces traffic codes and criminal laws
Dept. of Natural Resources• Manages state parks• Conducts education and safety classes

• Gives help to families with dependent
children• Medical assistance and food stamp

• Collects income taxes• Collects sales taxes

• Builds, coordinates, and maintains roads• Airports, public
