Il programma di grandi lastre WIDE, prodotte con tecnologia CONTI-NUA+ in soli 7 mm di spessore supera i confini del gres porcellanato tradizionale offrendo a professionisti e designer un vero e proprio calei-doscopio di sensazioni materiche, per rispondere alle esigenze specifi-che dei vari ambienti. La formulazione degli impasti, unita alla compat-tazione a secco e alla cottura in forni di ultima generazione, produce un gres porcellanato maggiormente elastico, facile da tagliare e lavorare e dall’anima eco-sostenibile, grazie alla presenza di un 40% minimo di materie prime di qualità recuperate da altri processi produttivi.

The collection of WIDE large-size slabs produced using CONTINUA+ technology in a thickness of just 7 mm pushes back the boundaries of conventional porcelain tiles and offers professionals and designers a wide range of material effects catering for the specific needs of diffe-rent spaces. The use of a unique body formulation together with the dry compaction process and firing in latest-generation kilns ensures that the porcelain slabs are more flexible and easy to cut and handle. At the same time they are highly eco-sustainable due to their minimum 40% content of high-quality raw materials recycled from other production processes.

TOLLERANZAPer tutti gli articoli BATH DESIGN è necessario considerare una tolleranza dimensionale che può variare dai 2 ai 3 mm.TOLLERANZAFor all BATH DESIGN items consider a tolerance of ±2-3 mm with respect to the sizes indicated.

Ogni arredo BATH DESIGN è garanti-to dal logo Ariana realizzato in micro sabbiatura sulla superficie ceramica.Each BATH DESIGN furniture item is guaranteed by the ARIANA logo made via micro sandblasting the ce-ramic surface.

Gli arredi BATH DESIGN di ARIANA sono realizzati con un processo di lavorazione artigianale che ne garantisce la qualità e la cura del dettaglio.

Per l’assemblaggio delle varie parti che li compongono vengono utilizzati collante C2/TE e resine poliuretaniche.

La struttura interna è realizzata con Schlüter®-KERDI-BOARD, un pannello costituito da una schiuma in polistirene estruso, coperta in entrambi i lati da uno strato indurente e da un tessuto non tessuto che permette un perfetto ancoraggio del collante.Questo pannello multifunzionale per interni, è adatto anche come sottofondo di posa per rivestimenti ceramici con funzione impermeabilizzante e come materiale per realizzare pareti portanti per differenti soluzioni applicative.CERTIFICAZIONISchlüter®-KERDI-BOARD ha ottenuto dagli enti competenti la certificazione richiesta in Germania per alcune appli-cazioni specifiche con relativa “abP” e marcatura “U”.E’ inoltre un sistema certificato ETA (European Technical Assessment) ai sensi della ETAG 022, classe A e C (imper-meabilizzazione accoppiata a ceramica), e viene contrassegnato con il marchio CE.

ARIANA’s BATH DESIGN furniture items are achieved with a craftsmanship process that guarantees its quality and its attention to detail.

Adhesive C2/TE and polyurethane resins are used for the assembly of the many parts that compose it.

The internal structure is designed with Schlüter®-KERDI-BOARD, it consists of an extruded hard foam panel,with a special reinforcement material on both sides and fleece webbing for effective anchoring in the tile adhesive. This multifunctional tile substrate for wall areas, can be used for creating bonded waterproofing assemblies with tile coverings. Additionally, the product has many uses as a structural panel.CERTIFICAZIONISchlüter®-KERDI-BOARD holds national technical approval (abP) required in Germany. Moisture exposure class according to abP: 0 - B0 as well as A and C.It, also, has the required European Technical Assessment (ETA) as specified in ETAG 022 (bonded waterproofing assemblies) and bears CE marking.
