El propósito de esta instrucción es la estandarización de la recepción de material galvanizado.

The purpose of this instruction is to standardize the receiving of galvanized material.

A la llegada de los materiales galvanizados lo primero que se hace es verificar que la descripción y cantidad de piezas coincede con las piezas entregadas físicamente.

Después de comprobar que las piezas tienen la cantidad correcta y la descripción. Realizar una comprobación de las piezas, es decir, comprobar el estado de las piezas llegado (óxido, sin humedad, así atado,). Acuerdo a la norma ASTM A123 / ISO1461.

At the arrival of the galvanized material the first thing that is done is to verify that the work order description and quantity match with the pieces physically delivered.

After checking that the pieces have the right quantity, and description. Perform a check of the pieces, that is, check the state of the pieces arrived (rust, no humidity, well strapped). According to ASTM A123 / ISO1461 standards.

El segundo paso en el proceso de recepción es separar el material en diferentes tarimas. Tener cuidado de no mezclar piezas de aspecto similar. Mucha atención tienen que pagar durante este proceso.

Sólo utilice paletas en buena forma. Tienen que estar libre de tableros sueltos, roturas, grietas y otros defectos.

Second step in the receiving process is to separate the material on individual pallets. Be careful to not mix similar looking pieces. Close attention has to be paid during this process.

Only use pallets in good shape. They need to be free from any lose boards, breaks, cracks and any other defects.

La inspección visual se realiza con visión normal o corregida (Sin aumento). Acuerdo a la norma ASTM A123 / ISO1461.

galvanizado. Artículos deberán estar libres de zonas sin recubrimiento, ampollas, depósitos de flujo, e inclusiones de escoria gruesa. Terrones, proyecciones, glóbulos, o depósitos pesados de zinc que interferirán con el uso previsto del material.

A continuación se presentan algunos ejemplos de material de rechazo capaces.

Piezas con defecto serán marcadas con etiqueta roja y se trasladaran a la zona no conforme

uncoated areas, blisters, flux deposits, and gross dross inclusions. Lumps, projections, globules, or heavy deposits of zinc which will interfere with the intended use of the material.

Below are some examples of reject able material.

Un medidor de espesor digital se utilizará para tomar las lecturas.

El espesor del revestimiento se comprobará para asegurarse de que cumple con la norma ASTM-A123 o normas ISO1461.

Piezas con defecto serán marcadas con etiqueta roja y se trasladaran a la zona no conforme

A digital thickness gauge will be used to take readings.

Coating thickness will be checked to make sure it complies with ASTM-A123 or ISO1461 standards.

Failing pieces will be red tagged and moved to the non-conforming area

El último paso en el proceso es colocar etiquetas adhesivas en cada pieza individual y pasar a la acción.

Last step in the process is to place adhesive labels on each individual piece and move to stock.
