1. Pursuant to the unnumbered memorandum dated May 15, 2016 issued by Atty. Alberto T. Escobarte, CESO IV, DepEd Regional Director, you are informed on the Update on the Procurement of Senior.High School (SHS) Teaching and Leaming Materials for the First Semester of School year 2016-2017which covers eleven (11) Core subjects, two (2) Applied Tracks, five (5) Specialized subjects of the Academic and Sports Tracksand three (3) Technical Vocational Livelihood (TVL) specializations.

2. The Schools Division Office advises the implementing schools of the SHS Program to ensure that school level programming and class scheduling are formulated in consideration of the aforementioned SHS materials.

3. Regional and Division Offices will be :monitoring the urgent compliance of this memorandum. Updates regarding SHS materials will be disseminated through an Advisory.
