DIVISIONS

IIHA director will assign an accredited player or team evaluator for placement of team or player in their proper division. This will ensure fair competition within the divisions in the tournament. The IIHA committee members have the right to move a player up or down in any division for the purpose of equal skill level of teams. Minor hockey players 17 and above with excellent skills will only be allowed to play in the adult division if there is parent’s or guardian’s letter of consent. For teams that prefer not to be on the draft, please set a schedule date for team evaluation. Team evaluation will be schedule on Mondays or appointed game schedule at SKY RINK, Mal Taman Anggrek.

IIHA HOCKEY LEAGUE DIVISION

FULL draft of all players with NO club teams. We will collect all Players as many as We could, and divide all Players equally into 4 to 6 teams Maximum.( Minimum 17 years old & above players with average skills to above average skills )

IIHA LEAGUE – Game Format

INIHT game format for all divisions will be 4 ON 4.Home Team (Zamboni Gate)The IIHA will be o�ciated according to the latest version of the IIHF’s rulebook, except for the Penalty Procedures and revised rules below.All IIHA games will be NON-CONTACT, NO HITTING, and NO CHECKING (for every division).All IIHA games will be running time. Period length will be 2 x 20 minutes each.Warm-ups will consist of a 3 minutes run time period. Time starts once the Zamboni exits the gate and the chief referee gives the signal.ICING rule is in e�ect for all games. There will be NO TWO LINE PASSES called in any games.OFF-SIDE Rule is in e�ect - When players are o�side, o�ending team must clear the o�ensive zone to the neutral zone before re-attacking in the o�ensive zone (referee will coach the o�ending team out of the zone).Face-o�s will occur at the beginning of each period at center ice.Teams switch ends at the conclusion of each period.

Line Changes:

Timeouts – Each team will be awarded one 30 second timeout per game.Pulled Goalie – Teams may pull their goalie for an extra attacker only in the LAST 3 MINUTES of a game, or on delayed penalty calls.There will be no overtime during the round robin tournament games. Games will end in a tie at the end of the regulation time with the exception of Semi-Final Games and Finals. Team Scoring: Win = 2 Tie = 1 Loss = 0

ROSTER and ELIGIBILITY RULES

ALL DIVISIONS – Line changes will be done “on the �y”.No benching rule applies to every game including �nals. Coaches, managers and team captains who bench a player for an entire game will receive a misconduct/team penalty equivalent to 2 penalty shots.

Maximum of 10 players and 2 goalies; and minimum of 6 players and 1 goalie may be on the roster for any game – No exceptions.A team must have a minimum of 6 players dressed for a game to avoid a default loss. All e�orts should be made to have this minimum by recruiting eligible players from other teams/nights (see player substitution rules below)Spectators are prohibited from viewing the game from the side of the rink where the player’s benches are located.Every IIHA participants must have �lled out a registration/waiver form (including parent’s signature for players ages 18 and under) prior to their �rst game.Every IIHA participants must ensure each player’s �rst and last name is clearly written on the game sheet prior to each game.When writing names on the game sheets, players must make sure their jersey number corresponds with their name properly – this ensures refs and timekeepers are properly tracking goals.In the event that a goalie is absent, and the team is not able to �nd an eligible substitute goalie (registered in the league already), teams may play with 5 skaters – 1 of these players must be assigned to not be permitted to pass their own blue line. SUBSTITUTION RULE – Under no circumstances can a player (skater and/or goalie) who is not registered on a team may play in the IIHA LEAGUE • Goalies are allowed to play multiple teams and plays for stats. • Team captains will have a toss coin for available goalies for their respective tournament games unless the team has available goalie. • Max of 2 registered players may sub for another team during regular games but not during semi-�nal or �nal games of IIHA.

PENALTIES & INFRACTIONS

All minor and major penalties will result in a penalty shot at the end of regulation time. Any penalty taken during the course of the game shall result in the opposing team being awarded a penalty shot at the end of the regulation time. A penalized player shall leave the ice immediately, substituted “on the �y” by another player and the o�ending team shall resume play not shorthanded.

PENALTY PROCEDURE: When a penalty is called the clock WILL NOT STOP (for all divisions).Any player receiving 3 penalties of any kind in one game shall automatically receive a Game Misconduct and game ejection from that game. The Game Ejection is only e�ective for the remainder of that game unless the o�ending player posed risks to the safety of other participants and the committee shall decide to suspend.Teams who commit an icing are not permitted to change players until play has resumed. Change of players will be permitted after an icing only if a penalty situation occurs during said stoppage, which results in a change of on-ice strength. Change of players is still not permitted should the o�ending team calls for a Time Out.Face o�s following the calling of a penalty shall be conducted in the end-zone of the o�ending team. In the case of coincidental penalties, the face o� shall be conducted at the point of last play.Penalties and infractions equate to 1 penalty shot to be taken by any player of the team at the end of regulation time. • Minor penalty = 1 shot • Misconduct = 2 shots • Major/Match penalty = 3 shotsIf a team scores during a delayed penalty, the penalty shot is void.Co-incidental minor penalties will result in no penalty shots for either team – but the timekeeper will mark this penalty down to be counted towards the maximum of 3 minor penalties before receiving a game ejection. Co-incidental minor penalties will result in a face-o� at center ice.A major penalty will result in the o�ending player(s) ejected, and a penalty shot will be awarded (i.e. Hitting from the blind side).Any �ghting major penalty written up on an incident report form by the referee will be reviewed by tournament director to determine the length of suspension for o�ending players. Under no circumstances will �ghting be permitted in any IIHA event. Expulsion from the tournament may result. Players expelled from the tournament, for any reason, will not be entitled to a refund. All game ejections in the IIHA will be reviewed by the tournament committee. During the course of the game, the referee’s decision is �nal. A zero tolerance approach will be used by the referee towards aggressive and/or abusive coaches, players and parents. A review by tournament director will result in any behaviour inappropriate to INIHT.

The IIHA LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP director has the right to waive a �ood before and/or after any game in order to ensure game times run on schedule. Code of Conduct – Sky Rink identi�es the standard of behaviour that is expected of all IIIHA participants which, for the purpose of this code includes players, coaches, volunteers and spectators. Sky Rink is committed to providing an environment in which all individuals are treated with respect. All members shall avoid behaviour which brings Sky Rink or the sport of INDONESIA ICE HOCKEY into disrepute, including but not limited to abusive use of alcohol, illegal drugs and the use of alcohol by minors. Participants shall refrain from comments or behaviour that is disrespectful, o�ensive, abusive, racist or sexist. In particular, behaviour which constitutes harassment or abuse will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action and/or ejection from IIHA LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP Tournament.

TOURNAMENT TIE BREAKING RULES

TIES IN STANDINGS – In the event of a tie in the tournament standings, the �nal positioning results will be decided by: A. Head to Head B. Most Wins C. Most Goals D. Least Goals Against E. Least Penalty Minutes.

TIES IN SEMI & FINAL GAMES

In the event of a tie in the semi-�nals and �nal games even after the penalty shoot-out at the end of regulation time, the �nal results will be decided by: • 5 minute running time sudden death overtime. • Shootout if still tie after the 5 minute sudden death period. • 3 players per side – simultaneous shoot - out (3 different players noted to refs in advance).

If still tied: • Sudden Death simultaneous shoot out (all players eligible through roster until a winner decided).

OTHER
