Navigating your way through the Virtual Learning Environment
This is the VLE home page.You can return to this screen by clicking on the ‘Home’ button on
the menu bar.
The Learning team will post generalannouncements to all students.
Note that announcements are for all modules and not just the module you are enrolled for.

Clicking on the ‘Forums’ tab on the menu barwill show the forums available to you.
The ‘Administration’ forum is used to conversewith the Learning team

The ‘Units’ contain additional study supportnot included in your study text, including
forum activities.
These are HTML and PDF versions of the textyou received in hard copy.
Complete the End of unit quizzes to track yourperformance on the progress report.
Your study plan give all your deadlines, aswell as other important dates.
Activities form an integral part of your courseand allow you to discuss issues with
your tutor and fellow students.To access the activities, open the study unit.
With the content screen open, clicking on the ‘Forums’ tab will allow you to interact with your
tutor and fellow students via the discussionForums.
