WHITEPAPERVehicle Safety Revolutionized
Executive Summary
According to the World Health Organisation1, more than 1.25 million people die each year as a result of road trac crashes. As
vehicle technology is evolving at a rapid pace, it has created the need for more advanced car safety features to be integrated in
the vehicles. Initially oered as an option to luxury vehicles, crash avoidance and post-crash safety measures have steadily
become standard on non-luxury models, and that is why regardless of the cost factor, people are willing to opt for advanced
technologies and solutions to improve their safety.
The iGO Tech team has successfully developed iGO — a state of the art vehicle safety device with multifunctionalities, featuring a
portable dash camera integrated with an automatic crash response system. It is designed to provide consumers with an
aordable device that will notify the concerned authorities in case of a car crash.
The iGO device enhances the chances of survival in a car accident by automatically calling the emergency center immediately
after the occurrence of a car crash. As it is an automated device, it always keeps on detecting if an accident has occurred, and does
not need any human or manual interaction to operate. It is consistent and works regardless of the severity of the accident.
Currently, the iGO device is a fully functional prototype readily available to be implemented, initial costs of which have been
incurred by the iGO development team. In order to create this on mass scale and to enhance its functionalities further, the iGO
management has decided to conduct a fundraising process through Initial Exchange Oering (IEO) — a modern-age fund raising
method made possible through the combination of crypto exchanges, tokenization and blockchain technology.
This white paper gives a detailed description of our research, development and planning. It also aims to demonstrate the current
status and future plans of iGO platform, its associated products and solutions : the iGO Initial Exchange Oering and the iGO
token — the utility token within iGO ecosystem. It aims to inform our readers how we are using our team’s expertise to provide
patented vehicle safety devices at lower costs, minimal maintenance costs while ensuring highest possible quality.

Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 01
From seat belts to Electronic Stability Control, car safety has come a long way since the rst automobiles were developed during
the 19th century. Car safety is as old as the automobile itself. The rst recorded fatality involving a vehicle happened in 1869 when
Mary Ward, an Anglo-Irish scientist, was killed when she fell under the wheels of an experimental steam car built by her cousins.
It’s likely that this event spurred authorities to adopt vehicle and road safety measures to protect not only drivers but also
pedestrians.
Constantly evolving vehicles have created the need for more car safety features than vehicles of the past. As cars become faster
and more ecient, they must also become safer. Regardless the cost factor, people are willing to opt for advanced technologies
and solution to improve their safety.
Our team has successfully developed a multifunctional prototype and secured the technology with 2 patents. The technology
features a portable dash camera integrated with the automatic crash response system. iGO is the optimum solution for vehicles
and cars of all types. Housing two technologies under one roof (safety device and dash camera), it is an aordable, portable and
sturdy device. It provides a user friendly interface, that can be installed in any car, by anyone - even non-technical drivers.
The device can be attached everywhere in the vehicle and will monitor if the airbag is deployed. Once the airbag is deployed, it
will automatically notify respective authorities with a message consisting of location and other information.
We believe that iGO has the capacity to greatly enhance the survivability of car accidents by automatically calling the emergency
center immediately after the occurrence of a car crash, minimizing actually the intervention time. As the device does not need any
human interaction to operate, can greatly decrease the chance of fatality, as well as the severity of injuries sustained.
Introduction
A patent, or invention, is any assemblage of technologies or ideas that you can put together that nobody put
together that way before. That’s how the patent oce denes it. That’s an invention.

iGO Deployment PlanSome of the most famous inventors in history turn out, on closer inspection, not to have original ideas, but to have developed
existing ones and made them stunningly successful. For example, Edison himself didn't invent electric light, but he did develop
the rst commercially successful, long-lasting electric light bulb.
Having close ties in the automotive industries, our inventor noticed the gaps that can be greatly improved on the current market
products and therefore started to search for a solution that satises many drivers, safety being his main concern.
We have secured our invention with a national patent application. As a future step in reaching our goal, we will apply for the PCT
(patent cooperation treaty) in order to have patents all over the world. After completing the patent procedures, we will redesign
the prototype into a market ready product and produce the rst 25,000 units. Production should be established within 1-3
months after having set all the product details.
In the meantime, a dedicated sales team will approach retailers in Romania. After receiving the goods to our warehouse, 10.000
units will be introduced in the iGO Platform Architecture for iGO adopter’s use. Our target is to have the rst dierence of 15.000
units sold within 6 to 8 months. With the results achieved in Romania, our next step is to attract retailers from Netherlands and
Germany. To expand and accelerate our sales internationally, we will use the power of Amazon and Alibaba’s global brand, by
listing iGO to their online platform.
After establishing connections and developing our product in the national and international market, we intend to lunch launch
a new stand-alone device: iGO Connect.
iGO Connect is an OBD (on-board diagnostic) connector that works through any mobile device. It will provide the crash
response system and vehicle diagnostics.
After launching these two products i.e. iGO Safe and iGO Connect, our mission won’t stop here. We look forward in the future,
that’s why we intend to make a further big step and besides of having only a mark in the automotive industries, we will place our
mark in the aircraft industries too. Hereby, we aim to develop a stealth technology that can be implanted in any aircraft which
doesn’t have this kind of technology. We call it iGO Stealth.

Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 05
In today’s world, the importance of being safe is often underestimated especially while one is on road. Driving a car becomes so
automatic after a while, being so easy to let safety fall through the cracks. But even if you've never been in an accident before, you
shouldn't lull yourself into a false sense of security, failing to perform basic safety precautions that could save your own life, or
those of your passengers.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 80% of cars sold in the world are not compliant with the main safety
standards.
Vehicle safety regulations function dierently around the world. In some countries or regions, they are extremely strict, while in
others they are weak or non-existent. Only 40 countries have adopted the full set of the most important regulations for car safety.
Motor vehicle standards cover requirements such as:

Improvements in roadway and automobile designs have steadily reduced injury and death rates in all rst world countries.
Nevertheless, auto collisions are the leading cause of injury-related deaths, an estimated total of 1.2 million in 2014, or 25% of the
total from all causes. Of those killed by autos, nearly two-thirds are pedestrians. Risk compensation theory has been used in
arguments against safety devices, regulations and modications of vehicles despite the ecacy of saving lives.
Automotive companies, which are supposed to ght this problem, suer from the internal bureaucracy and long go-to-market
cycle. This results in tremendous time delays. For example, the ABS concept has been rest demonstrated in 1908, yet mass
adoption started in early 1970s — how many lives could be saved during these 60 years?

All safety activities in the automotive industry have the same goal, to avoid or at least to reduce harm to vehicle occupants and
other trac participants. In these activities technical measures are developed, which support the same goal but use
fundamentally dierent approaches.
Due to the increasing number of road accidents worldwide the need of a dash cams has increased signicantly, up to an extent
that it has become a global market with a size of over USD 2.19 billion in 2017, with an estimated 27.5 million units sold that year.
Colloquially referred to as dash cams, dashboard cameras are expected to witness an upsurge in demand for installation in
passenger and commercial vehicles owing to increase in sales of such vehicles. Favorable government initiatives and rising
demand for vehicular safety are some other factors expected to spur market growth.
The market has gained immense momentum owing to the growth of the automotive sector. Recorded footage from dash cams
are being extensively used in the event of accidents and road mishaps, as evidence against claims for ‘cash for crash’ scams.
Smart dashboard cameras are expected to see the fastest growth through the forecast period. Players in the market are majorly
focusing on revenue generation through product dierentiation.

Product Overview
iGO Product description
Key Components:
iGO is the perfect solution to reduce the amount of automobile related death and serious injuries by improving the safety of
traveling in a vehicle for everybody involved. It is designed as an aordable device that will notify the authorities when the buyer
gets in a car crash as it features a portable dash camera that includes the automatic crash response system.
iGO will incorporate a minimum of the following components:
Current state
Having close ties in the automotive industries, our inventor researched for a solution that satises many drivers and came up with
the idea of inventing a portable compact device that is as convenient as the built-in system hardware, but with an extra feature –
a dash cam that functions as one system. That’s how this revolutionary idea was born. That’s how iGO was brought to life.
iGO has been under development for almost a year, starting at the beginning of 2018. Since then, there were multiple iterations
on dierent levels, including changes in the iGO core. After an extensive research and development, the prototype was built by a
Tech company in Russia.
The development took 6 months for creating an algorithm, Printed Circuit Board, (PCB), components and testing. We successfully
nalized the nal prototype in December 2018, without any specic design. We launched iGO prototype, having the 3D case
printed in Romania. After this accomplishment, we can say that iGO is” ready to serve and save lives”.

PROTOTYPE PICTURE - PCB
Manufacturability
Nowadays the market is customer-centric. Competition is very high. It's tempting to go with the lowest priced contractor –
everyone wants the absolute best deal. But there is a huge dierence between value and price. And that’s exactly what we oer
– a competitive price for a good quality product. – iGO
iGO prototype was built by a Tech company in Russia. Engineering costs vary greatly depending on the product complexity,
engineering specialty required and product size desired. The cost for producing our prototype was $2000. The amount included
the cost to manufacture the custom Printed Circuit Board (PCB), plus the cost of assembly, plus the cost of the components. There
was no design for the enclosure part.
Without a proper case design, we had to make a 3D outer case in Romania, in order to protect the custom PCB. This involved
another cost of $200. The case needs to be improved, as for the moment doesn’t have either a special design, nor a friendly user
interface. The outer casing should provide a dual layer protection with soft silicon inner and hard plastic outer. The case must
protect the sensitive electronics inside from the harshness of a car crash.
A 3D model for prototyping can be considerably dierent than a 3D model that’s compatible with mass manufacturing. This is
because the manufactured version of a plastic enclosure will be made using injection molding technology, instead of 3D printing.
In other words, the total cost of the prototype, including shipping reached a total amount of $2300.
Of course, this won’t be the mass manufacturing cost. As a next step we need to make a nal prototype that looks and
functions like a manufactured product.
3D images are great for getting market feedback, that’s why we hired a designer to project the image we had in mind. Engineered
CAD models are necessary to communicate with suppliers and get accurate quotes on manufacturing.
‘’The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten’’
Benjamin Franklin
Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 14
Even if we don’t have the nal design, we have already contacted a few manufacturers in China. You may wonder why
choosing China instead of Russia, where we have built our rst prototype. Well, China is the world’s largest manufacturer, as some
people say, China is ‘the world’s factory’. So, we believe it is an attractive destination for manufacturing thanks to its technically
skilled workforce and good infrastructure.
Manufacturing cost won’t be too high. The PCB is not so big and there are just a few components. Most of the cost to produce
the device will incur during testing. Among the general functionality of each part within the device, the whole system will need
to be tested for MIL-STD-810 durability compliance. This is a specic type of testing that will require expensive equipment and
thus, cost more money to perform.
We have already received a few quotations from dierent manufacturers. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for mass
producing our device is 10.000 units. We will redesign the prototype into a market ready product and produce the rst
25.000 units.

International Standards
Patent application
iGO will be manufactured by OEMs that comply with their governments Health and Safety policies. The device is small and the
electronics are low voltage, however the device will include a small battery. It is important that the battery is well monitored and
kept safe. If the battery is overcharged, then it may expand or explode. This can cause harm to any people near the compromised
battery. It also may distract a driver and cause them to crash. Because of the nature of this device the highest quality lithium
batteries will be used along with the most conservative charging circuits.
iGO will comply with the standards dened by IEEE. Durability will be achieved using a high-quality plastic casing and extensive
testing. iGO will comply with the shock portions of the MIL- STD-810 standards.
We secured our invention with 2 patent applications which use a certain unique process in retrieving and sending the
information between the devices through the memory circuit within the OBD connector. This unique process gives the possibility
to calculate with the designed algorithm, to compare historical data from the vehicle and predict possible upcoming issues with
your vehicle. Our innovation can be used all over the world. The secured iGO invention makes it possible to use the ODB
connector for the connected services through your mobile device that diagnose and tracks or locate your vehicle along with the
crash detection option. Application that works with the OBD connector will be downloadable through the Apple Store and
Google Play Store.
Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 16
iGO Functionality
iGO is a multifunctional device which can be attached everywhere in the vehicle, using the OBD II connector to monitor if the
airbag is deployed. Once the airbag is deployed, the OBD II connector that is monitoring the vehicle computer sends a signal to
the device.
The device, herein iGO, will send the emergency information and establish the automatic call (number of relatives, 112 or 911).
The information that is send includes GPS coordinates, VIN (vehicle identication number), fuel type, and number of occupants.
For the vehicles which do not have a board computer with the possibility to connect any OBD II connector, a separate sensor can
be used and placed anywhere on critical points of a vehicle. (ex. engine bay, behind the bumper, door, etc.). The sensor is
programmed to communicate same way as the OBD II connector, with the dierence that the sensor needs to be trigged by an
impact. Besides the automated call, the occupant can manually call the emergency services.

In order to establish calls or sending the emergency information, a SIM Card with enough credit must be placed inside the device.
The SMS text message that includes the emergency information (SOS) can bring additional costs, depending on the emergency
contact center.
The device has the possibility to receive a command through the dedicated mobile application in order to register the phone
number into the iGO device. The number may belong to one of your relatives or closest friends that receiving the emergency
information and the automated call, the relative must contact the emergency contact center - 911 or 112.
iGO features a built-in memory slot where you can place a micro SD Card that is used for camera recording. The memory uses the
loop process so that the SD Card does not exceed its memory and stop saving the recording.
Loop recording on a dash cam allows for continual recording even if the SD memory card reaches full capacity. This means older
les are overwritten once the SD card reaches its le size limit. The iGO device supports this feature and will be recording on a
continuous loop when powered on.
In the event of a crash, the iGO device takes a picture and stores it on the dedicated memory. Therefore, important clips that can
be used for insurance purposes or sending to the Police will stay locked on the dedicated memory card and will not be deleted.
In case of a collision iGO automatically captures the image and saves it to the dedicated memory card. After saving the photo, it
will continue the video recording.
Besides the security feature, iGO can be used as a dash camera, having all the requirements to use the eCall system
from Europe.

The device will operate through integrated lithium battery and can be charged or functional through the 12V adaptor which
every car provides. The charge controller prevents overcharging. In case of a serious collision where the electronic parts of the car
are damaged, iGO will be operational between 2-4 hours due to the integrated lithium battery. The device provides also a micro
USB port for charging. The built-in microphone and speaker makes the communication convenient as nowadays mobile phones.
It is important to note that the iGO system is portable and this system with all its components can be removed and
used in other vehicles and motor cycles as well.

Target Customer
Blockchain technologies bring a wealth of opportunities – and relieve pain in the elds of security and safety, particularly for two
keys audiences:
1. FUNDRAISING Participants – mostly comprised of early adopters
2. OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers) – based on early discussions with manufacturers around the world, we strongly
believe that our unique iGO will be appealing to many of the leading consumer electronics companies who wish to enter the
blockchain domain.
Because iGO is a combined retail (direct to end user) and wholesale (to the end user through a reseller) our strategy to target the
customers must be divided into two distinct groups, to the end user and the reseller.
CONSUMERS – The target customer for iGO is active consumers, both male and female, with driving license and having age
between the ages of 18 and 65 – people who like to travel and have an active lifestyle. These active consumers represent a
demographic group of well-educated individuals; they are single or married and raising families. Household incomes generally
range between $10.000 (in Romania) and $46.180 annually (in Netherlands). Despite their comfortable incomes, these
consumers are price conscious and consistently seek value in their purchases. They like to be associated with high-quality
products but are not willing to pay a premium price for a certain brand.
Customer & Market
Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 20
Global sales of cars hit 78.6 million vehicles in 2017. Next to China, the United States is among the largest automobile markets
worldwide, both in terms of production and sales. About 6.9 million passenger cars were sold to the U.S. customers in 2016, while
4 million cars were domestically produced in the same year.
Most analysts expect the global automotive market size to keep growing, powered by electrication and by car autonomy.
According to the Global Automotive Outlook 2017, the global automotive industry will reach 114 million in worldwide sales
annually by 2024 and an increase of 45% over the 2017 levels.
It’s safe to assume that most of OnStar’s money comes from the safety and security portion as many people have smart phones
now with accurate and free turn by turn navigation features.
In his article Not Satised with OnStar’s Steady Prots, GM Wants to Create A Global 4G Powerhouse Guilford says “Analysts peg
OnStar's revenues at about $1.5 billion annually, with a margin of 30 to 35 percent.” OnStar is taking in over a billion dollars a
year. Guilford later mentions in his article that OnStar has two services. One for safety and roadsides assistance and another
for navigation and turn by turn directions.
Another market player is the app SOSmart. This app only has 10,000 downloads on the android app store and it is free to use. I
assume that the iOS app has a similar number of downloads and is also free. With this knowledge, it is safe to say that the total
market size for automatic emergency notication is $1billion.
The dashboard cams market has also developed rapidly over the last few years, due to the rise in number of accidents
& thefts along with mandatory installation of dash cams in some countries.
Our target customers (vs. end user) for wholesale distribution will be resellers who recognize the needs of the customer and who
they identify with. We will reach the consumer through 3 distinct reseller channels:
Market size
Rent – a – car eets,
Courier Fleets, And b
Big stores and platforms such as: MediaMarkt, Walmart, eMag, Media Galaxy, Amazon and Alibaba.
Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 21
The statistic shows the projected market size of the global dashboard camera market based on estimates and forecasts from
various sources from 2012 to 2022. Based on the estimates the global market size for dash cameras will grow to in between 1.84
and 5.3 billion U.S. dollars by 2022.
The Global Connected Car Market was valued at $63,026.0 million in 2017. The global connected car market size is
expected to reach USD 180.30 billion by 2022, according to a new study by Grand View Research, Inc. Surging
consumer demand, constant need for connectivity, increased dependency on technology and the growing number
of tech-savvy people are some of the factors expected to boost global connected car market growth.
Based on the statistics above, we already can picture iGO’s future. With a qualied and motivated sales team, we can take shares
from both markets.
Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 22
It is impossible to know all the customer’s needs. Most of them won’t know they need a product until they see it.
Our target customers are motivated by a dierent set of values. Their most important needs are linked to: safety, convenient

Customer Needs
The idea of iGO is unique in its own way and has no competitors to date. This will give the iGO products a unique market position
as no other brand host both two technologies ( safety device& dash cam) under one roof. However, within each category
signicant brands do exist. Quality and price vary widely within each one.
Market position
We will use a brand building strategy as the basis for our marketing plan. Our main goal is to develop iGO as a brand that
represents quality and value. Looking forward we intend to make our products accessible to the mass markets and early adopters,
while maintaining our high standards and values. In other words, we will position iGO in stores that inuence our target consumer
and validate the brand. Investors eligible for “renting” iGO products will receive a bonus for each product sold on their
recommendations.
We recognize that price exibility is critical to our success. We are prepared to oer discounts and allowances, sales promotion
prices, in order to increase our sales and eliminate subsequent losses. Freight-out costs will be accounted for in such a manner
that delivery prices will not dier from the initial prices oered. We will oer promotions to the potential customers and early
investors in order to raise awareness of the brand.
Some of the marketing and community building strategies that we follow, both for the fundraising and product promotion,
includes to make iGO token and associated products marketable. We are aiming to take advantage of existing exchange
communities where the iGO IEO would take place. Furthermore, once the fundraising process has been completed, we intend to
conduct seminars, use marketing campaigns, forums, blogs and use our social media platforms to further enhance and gain trust
of our valued investors as well as entering some key partnership/sponsorship contracts.

Strategy
Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 24
The project will be nanced initially via early investors, for which a fund raising scheme using Initial Exchange Oering i.e. IEO
would be launched where prospect investors would be awarded with IGOS tokens as per their contribution. In order to sell the
iGO products, we aim to adopt the following go to market strategies.
Online Marketplace for iGO Products: We will create a dedicated online platform for selling our products, a place on our website where all iGO products would be
available at discounted pricing.
Go To Market Strategy
Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 25
We will expand distribution to retail, especially to shops in Romania, focusing next on developing
the connections we have in Netherlands and Germany. We rely on personal contact with
retailers to establish the products in their stores.
We also plan to expand online sales through Amazon and Alibaba platforms. Regardless of our expansion plans, we fully intend to monitor and maintain strong relationships with distribution
channel members.
We aim to be a unique brand with a clear vision, mission, values and message. The brand we aim
to create is more than a name, a design or a slogan. It is a promise to our customer that we will deliver a top-notch product, distinct from
those of other sellers.
To spread our message loud and clear and in order to entice community participation within
the iGO ecosystem, we create awareness campaigns all across the world and always
participate in exhibitions.
We also keep on partnering with key merchandisers around the world from time to time, as it is benecial for both the parties and
helps in enhancing the acceptability of the token.
For ensuring maximum outreach to the public, we conduct events and advertisements where
iGO is endorsed by famous celebrities from music and lm industry to ensure greater visibility to the coin and our
platform.
Through Social channels, we would keep the public audience updated about the latest developements
within the iGO ecosystem. Some of the Social Media platforms that we aim to use includes: Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Medium

Strategic Alliances
There are several large areas of the market that are not well served. Many older cars do not have OnStar built in system and those
potential customers are unable to use it even if they wanted to. The main reason is that vehicles which don’t have the collision
detection system integrated are not upgradable after market.
Another reason might be that drivers are attached to their vehicles and can use the hard-owned money for education, healthcare
and housing. How much they like to have such technology in their car to protect themselves and beloved ones, they don’t have
the funds to buy a new vehicle with a build in system. iGO oer the solution in an aordable way that creates a win-win situation
for both customer and seller.
Many price sensitive customers cannot aord to pay $25 a month for a built-in system, so even if their cars support the service
they do not use it. More often, they have to compete with and replace some existing gadget or invention to which they've already
become attached and accustomed.
Window of Opportunity
Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 26
For the moment we don’t have any direct competitors. While there are similar devices on the market, ours is a dierent model
entirely. iGO hosts two technologies under one roof (safety device & dash cam), featuring a portable dash cam that includes the
automatic crash response system. We strongly believe that iGO is not far from becoming one of the most wanted safety devices
in the market.
The built-in system of car manufacturers is one major indirect competitor, Each year more and more technology get included in
cars. Eventually, an emergency rst responder contact system will become standard or self- driving cars will become standard.
On the market, we may also nd the so called portable security devices that work with accelerometers only. One of the biggest
disadvantages when using accelerometers is that there are not convenient enough to detect a crash. Therefore, these devices are
not accepted by the emergency assistance services in America and by the eCall system in Europe. Also, not every mobile phone
features the accelerometer as a build in system.
iGO is a portable device and solves this problem by having all the requirements to use the established free emergency assistance
center.
Competition
The window of opportunity for iGO is to
seize the market within 2 years. We intend
to launch iGO in the Winter of 2019.

The OBD connector characterized in gure 1 is connected to the vehicle computer characterized in gure 5.
Once a vehicle deploys any of the Airbags, the ODB connector sends the information that the airbags are deployed to the receiver
characterized in gure 5 as receiver apparatus or receiver mobile device. The receiver will send the emergency information to the
emergency assistance center and establish an automated call. The occupant can also establish manually a call and send the
emergency information to the emergency assistance center.
The sensor characterized in gure 2 can be attached anywhere in the car such as inside the front of the engine bay characterized
in gure 5 as non OBD connector, in case the vehicle is too old that not have the ODB connection available.
Once the vehicle is involved in an accident and the sensor is triggered, the sensor will send the information that an accident has
occurred to the receiver. The receiver can be a mobile device characterized in gure 3 and the receiver can be a portable
automated emergency call apparatus characterized as iGO in gure 4, the receiver will send the emergency information to the
emergency assistance center and establish an automated call.
In case of a collision the camera will take a snapshot saving this and continue with video recording. Every component is
removable and can after being used in any other vehicle. The devices are not restricted to any type of design models or materials
that are used to host the electrical components. As technology develop fast and components become smaller, materials become
also more environment friendly.
Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 33
Future functionality
As stipulated in the Patent application of iGO, we intend to use the option for connected services, to establish a contact center
(call center) with the option to receive calls and emergency information and provide additional services as location requests,
emergency services, route guidance and push services.
In a couple of years, the law regarding the safety of the occupants of the vehicle, will adjust also in Europe. Then, the Car Rentals
in Europe need to have a Fleet that have the collision detection system in its own cars.
This will have a huge cost impact for the biggest car rentals as Avis, Hertz, SIXT, Budget and Europcar. To tag this market, we will
oer the OBD connector as standalone device by creating a platform where a mobile phone with Bluetooth can connect to the
OBD connector and have the options as convenient as the iGO’s device - in this case the cam function is not necessary.
In other words, OBD connector as a standalone device will be the solution for the consumer that don’t need a dash cam and want
to use their mobile phones as receiver and sender of the emergency information.
Keeping the OBD connector in the vehicles computer and having the Bluetooth on your mobile phone on, is as easy as it seems.
We believe that this just start the beginning and with the community and investors support, we have a long way to go and deliver.

iGO will have an established business with a product that will become successful and used by hundreds of thousands drivers in
next few years. The pivot to the implementation of iGO using blockchain technology is our introduction to the new alternative to
safety car ownership.
We have a concrete plan and an ambitious roadmap set, with the right team and expertise, all set to expand globally. Our ability
to rapidly deploy a solution once the technology has been developed makes the realization of our nancial business case more
tangible
Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 35
iGo Business Tokenization And Utility
iGO Tech Ltd, the initiator of the project propose to face the new challenges for safety through optimized hardware and software
solutions, as well as the contribution on the global network with added value (through iGO products and software development).
In order to raise much needed initial funds and to create a decentralized marketplace for iGO car safety products, the iGO Tech will
issue a total of 100.000.000 of tokens that are named IGOS Tokens on the Waves blockchain platform.
IGOS tokens are Waves deployed tokens and serves as a utility token to access iGO tech products — current and future, to manage
dierent subscription levels, oering dierent type of participation on iGO products. These tokens also allow peer to peer mode
of payment and oers quick, secure and ecient transfer of value with conrmation speeds up to 10 times faster than Bitcoin. The
tokens would be used for daily transactional activities happening within the iGO nancial ecosystem and would serve as a store
and exchange of value between users in a secure, ecient manner at reduced costs.
At iGO Tech, we believe that transactions should be fully transparent and part of a decentralized blockchain and therefore have
used the decentralized smart contract based technology. This technology would ensure that the IGOS Token is publicly audited
and fair. It will provide transparency to sender and receiver to track their transactions on the Waves public ledger from the
moment they make a transaction through the moment it goes to the nal recipient. It will allow you to verify that your transaction
of whatever quantity it is, has been received by the person you intended. This way we are eradicating the role of a "middle-man"
who charge some "administration fee" and lessen the impact of your IGOS Token intention.
Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 36
Why did we deploy our token on Waves Platform?
As secondary function, the platform will collect feedbacks from Safety sector iGO users: logistics, GPS function future services of
the call center (connected services) trading and payments processing to handle data in blockchain, software license fees,
commissions and trading fees, generating statistics that will oer clarity about the future developments.
All vehicles on which iGO equipment will be installed are connected to a single information network based on the iGO-Waves
blockchain platform to ensure the interaction of all participants.
Due to open architecture of the Platform its features can be used by all interested developers, suppliers of equipment and service
providers, opening new ways of IoT.
Waves platform oer us the most ecient way to bring together all the requirements:
Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 37
1. Highly accessible:
• Clean, familiar UX;
• HTML Lite Client;
• Doesn’t require you to download a copy of whole
blockchain download necessarily.
2. Fast, low-cost and scalable:
• Block time of one-minute
• Low (0.001 WAVES) transaction fees;
• Transaction fees can be settled in our own token
(IGOS); up to 1,000 txs/second.
3. Easy token operations:
• Launch a new crypto token in under a minute;
• Tools for mass token distribution;
• ideal for crowd-funding.
5. Smart contracts:
• Non-Turing complete;
• Powerful but secure;
• Already functional
4. Decentralized exchange (DEX):
• Peer-to-peer trading from within the client;
• Near real-time order matching;
• Blockchain settlement for security.
Platform Access (After the IEO ends):
IGOS Tokens are used to access dierent devices and tools available under the iGO ecosystem. These includes
iGO devices, dash cams, storage etc.
Marketplace Access:
As iGO aims to create a decentralized marketplace for trading safety products, IGOS token would also enable
users to get access to this marketplace. Purchasing goods and services of the platform participants for tokens
(license fee, trading commissions etc.)
Future subscriptions:
Subscriptions to services such as push messages and customer assistance (call center) will be free of charge for
the investors in the pre-oering round that purchases a minimum quantity of 1000 IGOS tokens. ( sentence
removed).
License of use for Reserving Collateral of 10,000 - IGOS Tokens:
Dierent qualications to receive testing samples of further iGO products (before market availability); dierent
services that can be reserved through iGO locking system e.g. a subscription module would be created inside the
iGO website whereby investors buying 10,000 or more IGOS Tokens would be eligible for ‘renting’ future iGO
products and services. It is here to be noted that all these products although would be issued to respective
investors and can be used by them in personal capacity or they can give it to someone else, yet, it would remain
property of the iGO Platform and upon subscription from the 10,000 IGOS Token as a collateral, they would lose
subscription to such products.
Utilities of IGOS token will be provided through IGOS platformYou can use IGOS Token to pay fee for any of the following, including but not limited to:
Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 38
Early Access to iGO Products:
All Token holders gets early access to iGO services/products (further products, before introducing them on the
worldwide market) at preferential prices (producing costs).
Mode of Payment:
The IGOS Token will serve as a mode of payment within the decentralized car safety products marketplace
Upgrading iGO Products:
iGO Token holders would also be elgigible for upgrading iGO products in exchange of old version.
Peer to peer transfer and exchange of value:
The IGOS Token would also enable peer to peer transfer and exchange of value.
Research Pool participation:
Through this pool, each platform adopter can gain dierent quotations and dierent levels of participation,
added value actions that will be rewarded in IGOS tokens.
We believe that in the future the synergy of hi-tech production and blockchain networks will lead to the production business
areas. The development of a decentralized ecosystem makes us believe that the technology of blockchain is the next global
institution where iGO will be able to remain a patented product, providing next generation of iGO Safe tools (next upgraded
versions), opening. This interaction will be more convenient, faster and without restrictions (counting all leverages and tools that
blockchain provide at this moment).
Vehicle Safety Revolutionized 39
iGO business tokenization model aims to create a unique bridge between technologies (blockchain and Tech innovation),
transferring this into a blockchain environment. By combining IoT (Internet of Things) and blockchain technology, similar
business concepts can be managed remotely, worldwide (a lot of measurement sensors will be able to provide data into
blockchain, oering a sensorial map for the client, from dierent angles, where the transparency and data security can be
maintained at a high level). Considering blockchain innovations, the decentralized organization (iGO Tech and platform clients)
can oer clarity and visibility about the production processes and their volumes (real time, iGO Tech physical production),
numbers of license needed for next period of implementation, the data collected through the iGO platform/individual accounts,
thereby predicting the supply-demand ratio for iGO products and services. Such technologies will make the model of managing
and conducting the further businesses: honesty and transparency. By tokenizing iGO, we are targeting a continue tech
developing, using the leverages and the tools provided by blockchain-technologies. Our goal is to create and implement a
next-gen Safety platform based on the Internet of Things that will not only allow the transfer of production parameters to the
blockchain but will also give to a decentralized community the opportunity to launch and control the new-generation
production. We are trying to demonstrate the importance of introducing blockchain-technology innovations into the further
production businesses.

Section "Risk Factors" below, does not include all risks that iGO project can face. While iGO team did its best to identify main risks,
you are advised to do your own risk assessment, before making a decision on purchasing of IGOS tokens.
Risk Factors
IGOS, the native digital token of the iGO social network, is the subject matter of an asset. Holding an IGOS can be regarded as an
asset investment. The iGO founding team is obliged to make corresponding risk warnings as a reference for users when investing.
Holding an IGOS represents an understanding and willingness to accept its risks. The following are the main risks that IGOS prices
and iGO projects may face.
Policy risk: There may be price volatility caused by unstable policies on blockchains in countries and regions around the world.
Transaction risk: The trading behavior of the secondary market will aect IGOS’s price at all times. The secondary market for
emerging digital currencies has a larger volatility than the traditional market, and there may be drastic uctuations in prices.
Technical risk: The underlying technology of the blockchain is in a high-speed development stage, which is a requirement for
iGO projects. There may be a situation where the development of iGO is hindered due to the stagnation of the technology.
Operational risk: Risks caused by uncertainties in operating factors such as iGO’s business strategy, inter-bank competition,
and cooperative institutions. In addition, iGO also faces many risks, including but not limited to the world economy and
environment, blockchain development, corporate operations, and other unpredictable events. Participants must conduct
rigorous and careful analysis and realize this responsibility.
