WARRANTY TERMS
High Power LE Lighting Specialist
Igloo LED LL Quality Warranty Terms
The terms are applied to LED lights manufactured for IGLOO LED LLC. (herein after referred to as Igloo). Warranty
and replacement of all LED lights will be strictly in accordance with the following terms and conditions. This
warranty is for contracted buyers of IGLOO LED LLC (hereinafter: customer), who directly purchase from IGLOO.
1.Warranty Terms
1.1 Three months replacement: Less than three
month from the date of product sold (the date of
delivery), if Quality or workmanship failure happens,
IGLOO supplies a new qualified one to replace as
per inspecting standards based on approved
samples or product specifications.
1.2 Five years warranty for the LED lights in written
statement: Between four months and sixty months
from the date of product sold (the date of delivery)
if there is a quality fault or function fault, IGLOO
offers free components for maintenance, as per
inspecting standards based on approved samples or
product specifications.
1.3 Paid Warranty: After sixty months from the date
of product sold (the date of delivery) if there is
quality fault or function fault, IGLOO offers paid, at
cost, components and maintenance service.
1.4 To lights after replaced or repaired, the warranty
period is still calculated from the purchase date.
When applying for replacement or maintenance,
the customer must provide defective products to
IGLOO. After defect is confirmed as per inspection
standards, IGLOO will replace or repair accordingly.
1.5 Defective LED lights beyond warranty period
after repairing, IGLOO provides three months’
warranty of repairing service for those lights.
1.6 For defective products within the warranty
period, IGLOO has the right to replace with or use
accessories as good as the defective ones due to
product updating or generation exchanging.
1.7 If LED lights are extremely damaged or no
accessories available and other conditions, IGLOO
will not provide service for defective products
beyond the warranty period.
1.8 IGLOO reserves the rights to adjust product
functions, specifications and etc., without noticing.
2. Warranty methods and Charge
2.1 IGLOO does not provide on-site service. All
products, which need to replace or repair, must be
sent back to IGLOO, or components provided for
maintenance by customer.
2.2 Within first three months of warranty period, if
products need be replaced, IGLOO will PAY
shipping freight, while cost of mounting or
dismounting will be afforded by customers.
2.3 During warranty period, IGLOO affords repair
cost and shipping freight of defective products to
IGLOO. After repairing shipping cost to customers
will be afforded by customers, and cost of
mounting or dismounting will be afforded by
customers.
2.4 In the application of US law, IGLOO does not
take responsibility and afford any loss of profit, the
expected loss of cost, or any indirect, incidental or
consequential loss or damage caused by using this
product. According to this provision, if the loss

caused by IGLOO or other suppliers, the
compensation should be based on the direct loss,
and all compensation in any case must not exceed
total amount of product value.
2.5 Due to product upgrading or no component
available, cost difference of components will be
charged to customers when repairing.
2.6 All costs from replacing or repairing products
exceeding warranty period, will be afforded by
customers.
3. Disclaimers
3.1 Malfunction or damage of products or
components caused by mounting, stocking without
following the instructions.
3.2 Malfunction or damage of products or
components caused by the unauthorized
disassembly or modification.
3.3 Malfunction or damage of products or
components caused by accident factors or human
factors (e.g. mishandling, scratching, carrying,
bumping, non-suitable voltage or current inputting,
etc.).
3.4 Malfunction or damage of products or
components caused by natural disasters and other
force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires).
3.5 Damage caused by non-suitable packing or in
shipping when defective products returning to
IGLOO.
All the above quality warranty terms are made by IGLOO, and all rights of interpretation are reserved by IGLOO.
