*Consolidation of the team.*Application for AlfaBeta national project.*Selection of the OC AlfaBeta.*Negotiation with an NGO with experience in working with illiterate people, for the implementation of the AlfaBeta project.*Accompaniment for the newbies to their first sales appointments.*Functional meetings of the area.*Negotiation with the Fundación CAFE for the creation of a long term agreement.*Negotiation with the NGO Aros de Esperanza for an agreement of about 50 TNs*Synergy with ER for the implementation of the project Cine al Aire that is developed by Fundación Colombia Jóven.*Creation of a common project with EIA for the NGO Evolución del Pensamiento.*Assistance to ILC, what allowed to create new strategies and cooperations for the development of the functional activities.*Work together with iGIP in order to sell GIP and GCDP together in shools.

*Achieve the participation of the committee in AlfaBeta national project.*RA of 30 TNs for AlfaBeta*Negotiation with EIA of a project for 10 TNs.*Creation of lasting relationships with different organizations.*Negotiation for a project of 10 TNs every two months with the NGO Aros de Esperanza.*Consolidation of international cooperation with different countries and LCs, including: Mexico, Guatemala, Argentina, Peru and Canada.
