TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF STATIONERY, PRINTING, & BINDING ITEMS
Sealed quotations are invited from competent and eligible supply agencies for supply of STATIONARY (Annexure-I), Printing& Binding (Annexure-11) for the year 2018-19. The annexure should be forwarded to the above office Address on fulfillment of the following conditions.
1. Tender Document can be received from Employeed Provident Fund Organisation, Regional Office, Urban Estate, Phase-I, Near TV Tower, Bathinda .
2. The GST registration, Trade License & IT PAN should be enclosed with the Quotation.
3. The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender offers, without assigning any reason thereof.
4. The Validity of the rates for supply of Stationery items and Printing & binding will be for one Year, However extension of another one year can be given on Mutual Agreement.
5. The interested agency shall quote rate for all the items of each category i.e. annexure I/II. The agency may submit tender for one or more categories.
6. The cost of items should not exceed MRP inclusive of Taxes wherever applicable.
7. Rates quoted for articles mentioned in the Tender if not found as per our requirement/specifications will be summarily rejected.
8. Quotation with overwriting and without proper attestation wi ll be considered invalid.
9. The envelope should be super scribed "Quotation for Stationery/ Printing & Binding items" and should reach the undersigned on or before 02.05.2018 by 3:00PM the quotations will be opened on 03.05.2018 at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of the Purchase Committee and respective suppliers, if present. This Office reserves the right to reject or cancel the
tender without assigning . any reasons thereof and the decision of the Competent Authority shall remain final.
1 a.The Samples of the forms/Registers and specifications of Printing &
Binding items can be seen during the office hours on or before 02.05.2018 till 11:00 AM.
Earnest Money Deposit • The EMD of Rs. 5000/- by DD/Pay Order from Bank in the favour of
Regional PF Commissioner, Bathinda payable at Bathinda shall be attached to the Tender form.
• A Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- form bank in the favour of Regional P.F Commissioner payable at Bathinda shall also be attached with the tender application on the account of cost of tender form.
• Tenders without EMD & tender cost shall be liable to be rejected during scrutiny of Bid.
• EMD of successful Tenderers will be refunded on completion of the tender period.
• The eligible supplier on receipt of the Supply Order should ensure the delivery of the items in the Cellar of the Sub Regional office, Bathinda within time and without fail.
It may be noted that representative of the agenc submit an authority letter from the participati attending the tender opening process.
