Overview We are pleased to present our scheduled event as an online conference, ensuring that we continue to update, inform, consult and receive feedback from our members. To support maximum participation from all members and time zones, our conference will take place over 5 days from Monday 2nd to Friday 6th November 2020. Each workshop will take place at 13:00 pm (CET), for around 60 minutes. Joining Information Zoom meetings can be accessed by the Zoom application or through your website browser. Please click the link for the related workshop at the right day/time. All attendees are requested to join the zoom meeting 10 minutes before the workshop starts to test your connection and avoid technical issues. You may wait for some time in the zoom waiting room on joining, please be patient and you will be let into the meeting at the start time. Please enter your name as your full name and the country you represent: e.g. ‘Jan-Hein Evers – Netherlands’ You are able to set your name in the meeting following the steps below:

Once you access the meeting room, kindly keep your microphone on mute and turn your video on so you can be seen.

Guidelines for attendees:

• Participants will be “muted” during the presentations. • Participants will be able to ask questions in the zoom chat or unmute themselves when asked

by the host during the ‘Question & Answer’ section. • Please ask questions concisely. Workshops are focused and we only have a short time. • You may not ask personal questions or non-subject related questions during the workshop.


Live Streaming All workshops will be live streamed to IFCPF’s Workplace platform for IFCPF Members/Personnel and will remain available to watch again at any time. Workshop presentations will be shared to IFCPF’s Workplace platform. Question and Answer Participants attending the workshop via Zoom will be invited to ask any questions directly to the speakers in the ‘Question & Answer’ section at the end. IFCPF reserves the right to remove anyone not observing the meeting workshop guidelines, who is not an IFCPF member representative or is disrupting the workshop.
