to file a police report on someone that thought he could get into the caller’s vehicle and damage it. He was patched up with a deputy, who stated that this goes back to the report filed on the 12th and it most likely is a civil matter.

1623 A St. Marie male wanted it on record that a company called him stating they owed him a refund and needed his bank infor-mation. After setting up an online account, the individual told him

to put in $300 and the caller did put in $300, but the amount came up to $3,000. So, the caller’s ac-count was credited with $3,000. The individual that was on the phone stated that now he was going to be in trouble and wanted the caller to draw out the money that was over the $300 ($2,700) on Monday. The caller closed the account that the money was deposited in. He does not want to keep the money that does not belong to him.

1643 A female called from Sparks, Nev., wanting to file a missing person report on her daughter. She stated that her daughter lives in Sparks and

that she had called Sparks PD and they told her she needed to contact VCSO. After checking with a deputy here, she was told that as her daughter did not go missing from here, that we could not help her. Dispatch gave her the number for Washoe County Sheriffs Office in Nevada to see if they could help her.

1. On July 7, 2017, the Montana Public Service Commission (“Commission”) consolidated NorthWestern Energy’s (“NorthWestern”) filings in Docket D2016.7.52, concerning the utility’s electricity supply tracker period of July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, with this docket.

2. On July 14, 2017, NorthWestern Energy filed its Power Costs and Credits Adjustment Mechanism (“PCCAM”) Proposal with the Commission.

3. On July 18, 2017, the Commission issued a Notice of Proposal, Intervention Deadline, and Initial Procedural Schedule, and granted intervention to the Montana Consumer Counsel (“MCC”) and WINData, LLC.

4. On September 21, 2017, the Commission issued Procedural Order 7563a setting forth the deadlines to be followed in this proceeding.

5. On November 7, 2017, the MCC submitted a Motion for Extension, requesting a two-week extension for intervenor testimony. The MCC proposed to extend most of the subsequent deadlines by two weeks, but keep the current hearing date. The Commission granted this request in a Notice of Staff Action (“NSA”) issued on November 8, 2017, and amended the remaining schedule established in Procedural Order 7563a except the hearing date.

6. On December 12, 2017, the Commission issued a Notice of Additional Issues in this docket directing parties to consider alternative PCCAM designs, including a number of features incorporated within similar mechanisms across the region.

7.0Through this NSA, the Commission vacates the remainder of the schedule amended in the NSA issued on November 8, 2017, except the deadline for data responses on intervenor testimony addressed in ¶ 5(f). The Commission establishes the following schedule to address the additional issues identified on December 12, 2017, and amends the existing deadline in ¶ 5(f) for responses on intervenor testimony:

(f) January 9, 2018: Final day for intervenors to respond to discovery on intervenor testi-mony.

was on the side of the road in a blue Toyota Camry and stated it was very icy out. She also stated there was another car further up the road. Dispatch notified DOT in Wolf Point, and they reported having black ice there. The lady whose fence was taken out now had loose cattle, so the fence was being fixed right then.

0821 A motor vehicle accident was investigated. A Glasgow male stated someone hit his trailer that was parked on the street.

0827 A Glasgow male called stating the Tampico Hwy. and especially the Milk River Bridge were covered in ice. Dispatch notified DOT in Wolf Point.

1058 A deputy served a war-rant on a male in Glasgow.

1113 A Frazer female advised her officer would like one of our deputies to go to a Frazer location and do a break-in report.

1339 Someone put a big black trash can from T & R Trucking in the middle of Home Run Pond and it was full of trash. A deputy advised the can was on its side and half way submerged. A fore-man at T & R Trucking didn’t know how they were going to get it out of the pond. His number was given to a deputy, who went to the scene and a man was there from FWP taking pictures when the officer arrived.

1426 A deputy investigated a vehicle for a citizen and advised it was off the road and not a hazard.

1640 A St. Marie caller re-ported a dark-colored 4-wheeler that was racing around at high speeds. It was last seen headed eastbound on Pine Street. He will sign a complaint if needed.

2023 Dispatch was receiving a residential burglary alarm from a Valley County residence. A male who identified himself as the son of the homeowner answered the phone, but didn’t know the password to the alarm. A deputy advised we could disregard on responding because the young person was his son. He called his son and the son advised that he wasn’t sure why the alarm went off. An officer does not need to respond.

2206 A card was started for custodial interference at the apartments across from Farm Equipment Sales in Glasgow.

The officers had a juvenile female and were headed to a Glasgow residence.

Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2017 0018 A Glasgow female re-

ported a truck had pulled into their driveway and was revving the motor and then took off out of there heading toward Glasgow. A deputy patrolled to Glasgow and on Fox Farm Road but was unable to locate the subject in question.

0256 A parking violation was reported, and a deputy was out with a vehicle that was parked in a strange spot with a window down. He went to the registered owner’s address, and the lights were on but they were not an-swering the door.

0325 Per a deputy, the inter-section of 5th Street and Montana 24 at St. Marie are ice covered and very slippery. He asked dis-patch to contact DOT.

1015 A Glasgow male called in stating to advise the ambulance of the road closure due to an emergency dig.

1229 A Glasgow female ad-vised another female came to her house very upset. She was tired of this and would like an officer to do something about it. At 4:06 p.m., she called back wondering if her neighbor had made a com-plaint. She was told an officer would return her call.

1345 A Glasgow male advised he had a customer with a dead tractor out on Vandalia Hwy. about 2 miles west of Glasgow. He was going to get the tractor, but will need some assistance for traffic as he will have to shut down the road. By 3:30 p.m., the caller said they had taken care of that and no longer needed assistance.

1414 A Glasgow female ad-vised a Pt wants to speak to an officer about his house on a private matter.

1535 An officer requested a card be started for criminal mischief.

1536 An officer requested a card be started for a motor ve-hicle accident.

1604 A Glasgow man reported a black Tahoe that was blocking the crosswalk at the Irle School. He hung up when dispatch asked his name.

1931 A Glasgow male report-ed they had a gas drive-off about 30 minutes ago. The suspect vehicle was a small red 2000’s GMC 2-door pickup. The vehicle was last seen headed westbound.

They owe $15.25. He gave a pos-sible suspect name. He also said the subject typed in a number for a kickback rewards card, but didn’t use the card.

2244 A Valley County caller reported there was a man walking in the driving lane of the Tampico Rd., headed towards Tampico by MM6. The subject is wearing dark clothes. Deputies located him at MM6.7.

Wednesday, Dec. 20, 20170751 A Glasgow female in a

silver 2008 Dodge Caravan broke out her window. There were no injuries. A deputy advised she will take care of this herself.

0804 A Glasgow male called in stating his son put the truck on its side. There were no injuries. He was driving a 2002 Chevy truck.

1231 A hazard was reported in Glasgow. People were getting stuck in the business district. The City Street Department will get to this later this afternoon.

1523 A card was started at an officer’s request for a male the officer was transporting.

1707 A Valley County male said he received information that a semi went in the ditch about 31 miles west of Glasgow, MM unknown. The semi lost about 75 gallons of diesel and the company will do cleanup tomor-row. Unknown if it was Valley or Phillips county. Later another male called to report a semi in the ditch along US 2 by MM 507. There was no blockage and the driver was not injured. They have the driver in their vehicle so he can stay warm. Later a Glas-gow person called to let dispatch know that the trucking company was Sneider National. ERTS will do the cleanup of the diesel spill sometime tomorrow. The truck driver had a refrigerator container truck and the load was not com-promised. The other truck was hauling carpeting, flooring and three pallets of alcohol for JR’s Party Store. The merchandise was not damaged.

Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017 0301 A Glasgow female stated

she had an interior wall perim-eter alarm active at a Glasgow location. She stated they had not been able to reach the keyholder. At 2:06 a.m., a deputy stated he checked all doors and found them all secure. One of the keyholders was contacted, who said he was able to monitor the cameras in-side the store and didn’t see any movement. He stated he would wait until morning to check it out when they opened the store.

1014 A Glasgow male stated his neighbor has a snow blower and is blowing the snow into the street. He stated that there was a 2-foot pile of snow in the street now and the road was tore up. An officer advised he spoke to

this person and they are going to sweep up the snow. The caller called back stating the person was in the road plowing all the way to the dike and was tearing it up. He would like to talk to an officer. The officer stated he advised the caller that this subject was not violating any city ordinances.

1210 A Glasgow man advised there was a grain truck with a smoking brake heading east. The caller is at MM 536 and will wait for him. The driver is going to try to get the brakes to release.

1421 A Glasgow female ad-vised a male was pushing her son around.

1549 The caller reported sus-picious activity on her Facebook and messenger account. Her friends have been receiving mes-sages on messenger from some-one claiming to be her and asking for money. Dispatch advised a deputy and patched the caller up with an officer.

1756 A Valley County caller reported a semi with no visible taillights. He said the rear tail-lights were covered with snow. An officer who said he was in the area was advised.

2022 A Valley County female said she received a report of a vehicle slide-off by MM 505. The vehicle was a grey Ford Escape and the person was with the vehicle. As far as she knew, there were no injuries. There is a tow responding from Great Falls. The closest trooper is in Scobey. At 8:51 p.m., the caller said her boyfriend called and told her a wrecker was responding from Malta. The vehicle is on the south side of the highway and had been there for 45 minutes now. An of-ficer advised that the wrecker had also arrived.

2132 A Valley County officer passed a pickup pulling a flatbed with a bobcat on it. The trailer had no lights and there was a full white out. He wanted to let Glasgow officers know that they may be coming to Glasgow from the west side. Another officer advised that this vehicle went by him while he was on a traffic stop. It’s headed eastbound. Another officer stopped the vehicle by Big Sky Auto Accessories. They were going to drop the trailer off in the parking lot of Big Sky and they’ll be off.

2154 A Valley County caller said he saw a silver sedan off the road about an hour ago. It was about 31 miles west of Glasgow and on the south side of the high-way. He advised who he thought this was, and another officer advised a wrecker had already picked it up.

2310 A Glasgow male report-ed he has a fight going on right now and requested an officer. An officer did speak with one of the persons involved, and they did

not want to pursue charges.Friday, Dec. 22, 2017

0849 A Glasgow female stated another female was making threats and harassing her. An of-ficer said she said she should try to call her.

1106 A card was started for trespassing and investigated in Glasgow.

1119 A silver Dodge pickup stalled at a Hinsdale area loca-tion. An elderly male was in the vehicle and his son can’t move him. There is no heat in the vehicle and the plate has No. 11 county tags.

2004 Dispatch received an abandoned 911 call from a cell phone. They called the number back and spoke with two males. They reported that another male was outside with a sledge ham-mer and was threatening to kill people. The caller was patched up with an officer.

2206 A Glasgow female want-ed to talk to someone because a male has been scaring her grandchildren with halloween masks. She was patched up with an officer. She called back at 10:27 p.m. wanting to speak with an officer because this same man from the first call also makes the children do jumping jacks until they vomit. She was patched up with an officer.

2327 A Glasgow caller re-ported a maroon Ford truck in the ditch. This vehicle nearly ran a car in front of him off the road. The truck was northbound and he was southbound. The caller turned around and said a white Chevy truck picked up the driver. A deputy was notified. A deputy reported there were guns in the back seat. MHP was contacted.

Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017 0250 A vehicle was parked

off the road at Fort Peck, and not a hazard. No further action required.

0835 A coroner call came from Lustre.

1332 Snowdrifts were re-ported going across the highway in Valley County.

1333 A Glasgow female stated she observed kids sledding down the street toward traffic and was concerned that they could get hit. An officer did talk with three individuals and tell them not to sled into the street.

1340 A Glasgow female wants to speak to an officer regarding a male who is harassing her. She does not want him to be contact-ing her at all. An officer was un-able to contact the suspect, but will keep trying to call him.

1405 A man called in to report his truck had been stolen and dispatch informed him that the MHP had towed his vehicle and he needed to contact them.

1435 A Nashua female called to report that someone attempted to make a purchase at BestBuy.com with her debit card. The purchase had not gone through, as she had a limit on her card. She will fill out a report Tuesday.

1617 A Nashua female re-ported drifts across the highway creating a driving hazard. DOT in Glendive was notified.

1851 A St. Marie female wants to speak to a deputy about her

brother, who is causing problems at her house and her grandparents’ house. She said he took off in a Dodge Durango and that he said he was going to end it. Per a deputy, the brother isn’t wearing any shoes and might be heading toward Scobey, and requested dispatch to call Daniels County dispatch. The deputy spoke to this caller as well as the grandparents, and to their knowledge the sus-pect brother does not have any weapons on him. A deputy will look around St. Marie for him. According to the female caller, the suspect brother had drunk a fifth of Pendleton and had stopped drinking about 3 p.m. The fam-ily was all advised to call if they heard from the brother.

1929 A Glasgow male said Sunny Hills Dr. was glare ice all the way up the hill. Dispatch con-tacted the County Road Dept.

2007 A Nashua male reported a 4-door truck, possibly a Chevy, that came driving fast into his feed alley, then spun around and took off out of there. It is unknown who it was or where this vehicle went. Deputies were notified to be on the lookout for this vehicle.

2037 A stolen vehicle was reported in the Nashua area. A deputy was following it to Nashua at Front and State streets to the east side. The deputy contacted Sheridan County. Deputy Beck-ham confirmed and also gave the name of the likely suspect. He couldn’t confirm a warrant on the female, only that she had gotten into the truck and drove away, and that she had disappeared from the store at the same approxi-mate time. Dispatch received a signed, stolen vehicle report from Sheridan County. A deputy was updated. Two deputies were standing by. One went in the back door and one to cover. A wrecker was sent to the location.

Sunday, Dec. 24, 2017 0927 A Frazer male stated that

at approximately 1:30 a.m., his house was broken into. Subject or subjects took his TV and ruined his front door. He called 911 and RCSO sent a tribal officer and left a statement form with him. The caller stated he was not tribal nor was anyone living at this residence tribal. A deputy advised a fellow church member was coming over later to replace the door.

0950 A Glasgow female ad-vised she had been in a motor vehicle accident on 7th Ave. N. She was in a red Buick. The other vehicle was a white Suburban. There were no injuries. A deputy requested dispatch call Cooks for a wrecker for the Buick.

1417 A Nashua female advised her silver Husky, wearing a black collar and harness with tags, got off its chain and they have been looking for him for two hours and can’t find him. A couple deputies will help look for the dog. One deputy found the dog on Cottage and Front streets in Nashua. By 2:38 p.m., the owner had her dog back.

1907 A Glasgow vehicle was reported to be parked close to the intersection. The owner will move it.
