What do I get?Introduction

Quote from a previous candidate:“This course has already proved to me the value of high quality training in Coaching and Mentoring. We may think as experienced managers and teachers that we know how to develop ourselves and others, but the benefit of ‘Time to Think’ and effective coaching questions taught early in the program is evident from the first day, and of immediate benefit throughout my scope of work. Becoming an ILM Level 5 Coach will extend what I can offer my trainees and peers in away that would be difficult to match.”
