Step 1 Attach lumber (2" x 4") into the wood stud.

Step 2 Please locate your 16" wall plate at the position you desire then use bolts and washers (both provided in hardware bag) to attach 16" wall plate to installed lumber.

Solution 4. Apply 2" x 4" plywood to cater your wood studs.
