History• Building A -1967.• Buildings B and C parking and the caretaker's

house were built later.• It was part of the institute "Assumption" of

Elche• From 1968 it was part of the institute "Azorin"

of Elda.• It was in 1974 when the institute became an

independent centre called NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION MEDIA.

• It Was repaired during 73-74.

History

• Building B was built in 1979.

• Building C was built in 95-96. It has ground floor and first floor. Building C has a lift.

• Building C and the gym was built in 95-96.

Present situation

• There are students (86%) from Novelda and from La Romana (14%). IES La Mola has students from 17 nationalities.

• In the Centre there are classes of the Official School of Languages of Elda .

• Green areas are spaces which have an educational purpose.

Characteristics

- The school offers these educational levels:• Secondary Education: 12-16 years.• Bachelor 16-18.

- You can choose between learning thesubjects in Valencian or Castillian.

- Students don’t have to wear uniform.

-  Intensive Timetable  with two breaks of 25 and 20 minutes.
