(a) Every student is expected to maintain discipline in and outside the classroom. In case of violation of any of the rules & regulations or disciplinethe institute reserves the right to disenrol any student without any refund of fee.
(b) All students are required to bring identity card daily in the class & study matter will be given through identity card only.
(c) MADE EASY reserves the right to make any alterations in its programmes/fees/faculty/venue of classes without any prior notice to anybody.However all the changes will be informed to the students accordingly.
(d) The batch once allotted at the time of admission will not be changed.
(e) Students enrolled under classroom courses will not be transferred or shifted to postal course
(f) MADE EASY students are required to submit photocopy of their IES & GATE admit cards.
(g) It is mandatory to attach two photographs & a copy of ID proof with the form at the time of admission. (The name and photo of candidate maybe published in the list of successful candidates in current or future sessions for promotion of institute).
(h) Candidates who will avail the facility to pay the fees in two installments will be charged Rs. 1500/- extra within 45 days of commencement of batch.
(I) The fee will be refundable only within 5 days from announcement of batch after deducting admission charges.
(j) The student can get his seat replaced with new student within Ist three months of the batch. Replacement charges will be Rs. 3000/-. Thisoption can be availed by students only when refund option is not available.

MADE EASY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The students enrolled with MADE EASY will have to ollow the norms and regulations o MADE EASY ailing which they might have to bear serious repercussions.
1. Fees Payment:
The Students are required to pay the ull ees as mentioned in website at the time o admission only.
The ee should be payed through demand drat.
For Delhi & Noida Centres: The D.D. should be made in avour IES MADE EASY payable a New Delhi.
For Bhopal, Hyderabad & Jaipur Centres : D.D. should be made in avour o MADE EASY Education Pvt. Ltd. Payable at respective centre.
Note : Cheque payment is not accepted
2. Refund and Replacement Procedure:
In case a student is not able to continue his classes, due to some unavoidable reasons, MADE EASY provides two alternatives to such candidates:
He/she can get ee reund within the rst 5 days o the commencement o the batch. Fees will be reunded ater deducting initial processing and admission charges o
Rs. 3,000. Reund amount will be paid through cheque only, issued in the avour o the candidate.
The student can get his/her seat replaced with another student within the 1st three months o the commencement o course. In case o replacement, the student, who will
be joining, should not be a student o MADE EASY and he/ she will also not get any back up classes or study material issued till the date o replacement. The amount o
Rs. 3000/- will be charged as replacement processing charges. Further replacement or reund is not allowed to the student.
The students must understand that ee reund is a part o the policy o MADE EASY and we strictly ollow the reund rules & regulations as mentioned above. However, i the
request o reund is submitted (in written with required documents such as MADE EASY I-card i issued, ee receipt) ater the Reund Date is over; we will not entertain it.
Please also note that reund requests made verbally/orally or through Telephone/email/Fax are also not entertained.
Submit the Reund Application in person to the coordinator in the admission oce. Only the student or parents can submit Fee Reundapplication. Please note that, we will
not accept the Fee Reund application orm rom any other person/relative/riend.
3. ID-Card :
Each student will be issued an ID card ater the payment o ull ees. The entry o student into the classes/ MADE EASY premises will be allowed only with ID card. For attend-
ing the classes student is required to collect his/her ID card rom admission department beore starting the batch.
A student, not carrying ID Card o MADE EASY, will not be allowed to enter inside the classroom in any circumstances.
I the ID card/ees receipt o student is lost /misplaced then no duplicate ID card/ees receipt is issued to him/her.
Identity card must be retained by the students with ull o caution and saety. It is a very important document and a proo o your association with MADE EASY. The re-issuing
o the identity card will depend on the discretion o the Management, considering the circumstances in which the ID card was lost. Managements decision regarding the
re-issue will be nal and unquestionable. I the management decides to re-issue the Duplicate ID Card, the student will have to submit a copy o FIR with an amount o
Rs. 200 and one recent passport size photograph.
4. Change of Batch or Center:
The batch or center, once allotted at the time o admission, will not be changed. Hence students are advised to discuss batch timings and dates with our counselors and
accordingly join suitable batches as per their convenience.
Students enrolled under classroom courses will not be transerred or shited to postal courses.
5. Study Material:
Study material will be distributed to all the students at their respective centers. Students must collect their study material as and when the announcements are made. Ater
the due dates, MADE EASY will not be responsible or any issue related to study material.
However under some unavoidable circumstances, i a student is unable to collect the study material then he/she can collect the study material as per the below given
schedule at their respective centers:
Regular Batches : Monday & Wednesday Weekend Batches : Sunday
Study Material will be issued at the respective center o candidate only ater showing the ID Card & entry o study material into ID card i s compulsory.
Study material is provided or the use o candidates who are enrolled with MADE EASY and it must not be sold or transerred to other candidates, under any circumstances.
6. Absenteeism:
Students must attend the Classes and Test Series regularly in their assigned batches and as per the scheduled time table only. Students will be solely responsible or
their absenteeism rom classes/Test series. In case o absenteeism, permission to attend missed classes, in other batches, is subject to the discretion o management and
availability o seats.
In case o absence in Test Series, no separate question papers will be issued to the students.
7. General Instructions:
Students are advised to adhere to adequate discipline and sincerity within the premises o MADE EASY. I anyone is ound guilt y o misbehaving with MADE EASY staf or
classmates, ghting or any other illegal activity, will be debarred rom attending classes and strict legal actions will be taken against him.
MADE EASY reserves the right to make any alterations in its programs/ees/aculty/venue o classes without any prior notice to anybody. However all the changes will be
well-notied to the students. The decision o MADE EASY shall remain the nal.
I there is any change in the syllabus during the course o the program, the institute will make all the possible eforts to cover the revised syllabus. However it is not
mandatorily binding upon the institute.
