I am either in or have taken these pictures myself during my trips around the world. I am very passionate about international experience, so I also wanted to demonstrate this as part of my submission!

3. GreenRio de Janeiro, Brazil (June 2014)A view over Rio, where somewhere below is a football field whose lights are powered by the energy generated from players’ footsteps; who’s to say that tomorrow’s city sidewalks won’t be powered in a similar way?

8. TransportJakarta, Indonesia (May 2013)Just a minor traffic jam in the world’s 3rd-most populous country; safe, efficient mass transport will move millions over vast distances in very short amounts of time, making traffic problems a thing of the past
