1. Go to the following website: https://gis3.dot.ny.gov/html5viewer/?viewer=FC

2. Click on the Open Toolbar icon on the top right part of the screen.

3. Click Zoom to Place.

4. The Zoom to Place dialog box will appear. Type a City, Town, or Village name. In this case, I type “Albany.” Click OK.

5. The map zooms to your desired location.

6. To further refine your search, use the plus and minus icons to zoom in and zoom out, respectively. The urban areas are highlighted in pink.
