In such an environment, clear pathways for developing and licensing a patent are absent. Most of the work focuses at new technologies for new market opportunities, and start-ups and spin-offs are the most

As a result we need a strong process and IT support structure for building our business cases, to allow a stepwise progression of every individual case, assign priorities and tasks to the many

people involved in each case, to structure communication and to secure data and results.

Idea2Venture is that IT support structure. It was designed to do just that. We are also involved in the further optimization of I2V together with the other users of the product, allowing us to go through a steeper learning
