Rationale Continuing the partnership with a
successful national flagship poverty alleviation
Multi-sector, multi-pronged approach to poverty reduction Significantly assist in the
achievement of the MDG targets.
Phase-II will build on the existing, solid platform created in the ICDD project Add enhancements to areas
requiring enhancement
Provide further development support to Kelurahan which have benefitted from the core PNPM program
