Objective: to promote deep renovation actions on any type of building to improve the energy efficiency of building façades or their heating and cooling and lighting installations, as well as the replacement of conventional power with solar and geothermal power for heating, air-conditioning and domestic hot water systems.

Beneficiaries: holders and owners of all types of residential and other tertiary uses buildings. Actions can range from € 30,000 to € 4 million.

Aid modalities (max. 90%):

- Direct grant, graduated according to social criteria, energy efficiency (measured by the improvement of energy rating) and integration.

- Loan (Euribor + 0%) for 12 years + one year of grace period

Energy Renovation of Buildings Programme: PAREER-CRECE & PAREER II


This is a unique program, different from other aid lines. It has different levels of aidintensity depending on whether the actions fulfill the following characteristics:

Obtain an increase of more than one level in the energy rating of the building (theminimum required is an increase of one level), or reach the A or B rating.

To carry out integrated actions that combine the implementation of different types ofmeasures to improve energy efficiency, one of them being mandatory on the thermalenvelope of the building combined with other actions in the heating, ventilation,cooling and lighting installations and / or actions to replace the conventional energy bybiomass and geothermal in thermal installations.

That the actions have been carried out in residential social buildings or in buildingslocated in areas under Urban Regeneration and Renovation.


The PAREER-CRECE Program has improved the ratio of the deep renovation of buildings, contributing to make it more

attractive, reliable and profitable for all market agents.

Within the framework of the ERDF, as a local public entity, NASUVINSA brings together and manages actions for the renovation of the thermal envelope in 23 residential buildings (owners' communities), located in La Txantrea neighbourhood under the PAREER-CRECE Programme.

Combination of energy efficiency passive measures (building envelopes) with active measures for the improvement of the performance of central heating installations

NASUVINSA’S role had contributed to the professionalization of the building energy renovation sector

Objective: Encourage and promote the implementation of actions, in the industrial sector, that willreduce carbon dioxide emissions, through the improvement of energy efficiency in manufacturingindustries and energy services companies.

Type of actions:- Improvement of the technology in equipment and industrial processes- Establishment of energy management systems

Eligible investment: between 75.000 € and 50.000.000 €

Beneficiaries: SMEs and large industries.New:• 40% of the 2nd call reserved for SMEs
