‖ Deepening deficit of professional drivers in the whole EU (more than 100 000 drivers missing in Poland alone)

Project goals
A complementary, ICT-based professional driver training model containing a set of methods, guidelines and tools.
Recommendations for changing EU and national regulations aiming at the increase of training efficiency, widening its availability and legal identification of innovative ICT-based training tools and approaches.

Analysis of SoA, legal regulations and upcoming trends in the ICT-based VET
Implementation of human-centered approach into professional driver training
Efficient implementation of different, innovative training technologies (e.g. VR, gamification) into PD training curriculum
Integration of different, ICT-based training tools and methods in a way reaching an optimal educational effect

Erasmus+ puts special emphasis at promoting the attitudes and activities connected with including the participants from disadvantaged backgrounds, such as:

Social Inclusion is a Horizontal Priority for Strategic Partnerships, prioritizing actions aiming at:
• fostering the development of positive inter-human competences in the society,
• improvement of learning outcomes of disadvantaged learners
• providing methods of equal access and engagement in digital
technologies-based training
Establishing a Strategic Partnership
ICT-INEX partners participate in actions related to professional driver training at different levels. The Consortium comprises of entities providing both the actual training and research on VET for professional drivers.
