    FOCUS AREA DESCRIPTOR ICT ELAB ORATION

    3.1 Establish challenging learninggoals

    Set learning goals that provide achievablechallenges for students of varying abilities andcharacteristics.

    Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of how the use of digital resources and toolscan support approaches to teaching that enable all students to pursue their individualcuriosity, set their own educational goals, manage their own learning, choose the waythey respond to tasks and challenges and assess their own progress.

    3.2 Plan, structure and sequencelearning programs

    Plan lesson sequences using knowledge of studentlearning, content and effective teaching strategies.

    Select and sequence digital resources and tools in ways that demonstrate knowledgeand understanding of how these can support deep learning of the content of specificteaching areas and effective teaching s trategies.

    Understand the relevant and appropriate sources ofprofessional learning for teachers.
