    Assalamualaikum ICN Al-Falah Parents:

    Welcome to a new and exciting school year 2014-2015! Our Administration, Staff, Teachers and TAs

    have been working countless hours to inshAllahhelp make this school year a success for our students

    and their families.

    Enclosed in this file you will find 5 important documents inshAllah, two of which need to be completed

    and returned to your childs Islamic Studies Teacher:

    1. ICN AFA-School Year 2014-2015 Calendar

    2. Course Management System (CMS) Login Information-User Name (4 Digit Number)

    3. RFID Card-Card Needed to Enter the Building EACH Saturday ($5 Replacement Fee)

    Parent Teacher Organization Form (To be completed & returned to your Islamic Studies Teacher)5. Handbook & Policy Verification Form (To be signed & returned to your Islamic Studies Teacher)

    Please be sure to review all of these documents and attempt to login and view the CMS system. Your

    User Name (4 Digit Number) is also your password. Once you login to the CMS, you will have the option

    to create a new password. The Course Management System is ICN AFAs main method of

    communication between our teachers and parents/students. The CMS system can be used to monitor

    what your child is covering in class, view what assignments need to be reviewed and/or completed, view

    your childs grades and progress and input and/or update your childs health and emergency

    information. A successful year for your child is dependent upon family involvement.

    The PTO is an avenue that allows parents to help aid and appreciate the school through the

    organization and implementation of both educational and enrichment activities and events.

    3. I am aware that ICN Al-Falah Academy begins at 10am inshAllah and ends after Dhuhr Salat for

    grades 1-YP and 1:15 for PK & KG. After 1:15pm remaining PK & KG students will be dropped off to

    the main office (Continuous occurrences can incur a fee to the family.)

    4. I understand that my child will be issued an ID card that the student will keep with him/her at all

    times and will be needed to enter the school. There will be a fee charged for lost ID cards.

    I am also aware that any individual, other than students, who arrive after school begins must sign-into the school as a VISITOR and wear a VISITOR BADGE during his/her stay at the school. Early pick-
