place and reflects the social, cultural, technological and economic conditions of its
time.
We believe the main task in achieving total design excellence means
acquiring the knowledge to orchestrate and understand various technical
and specialized skills, building technique and materials, latest technology as
well as human relation and business behavior. Immense support and active
participation as well as sympathetic collaboration from the client and
various other specialized skills shall contribute in achieving the objectives.

Obtained his early working experience
in BEP Architecture Sdn Bhd from 1983 after which he joined Perunding Alam Bina from 1987 to 1989 . He rejoined BEP Architect in 1989 progressing into numerous design and site management , mainly office , condominium , sport stadium , theme park and colleges . In 1991, Ahmad Rozi joined KLCC being one of the biggest real estate developments in the world . He was involved in the early stages of the design development of the 88 story Petro Twin Towers and was sent to work at the
consultation office of Cesar Pelli Associates in New Haven , CT , USA and Adamsons Associates , Toronto , Canada from 1992 to 1993 .

! Preparing and refining the brief in consultation with the client and interpreting the client’s objective
to arrive at an agreed brief for the project.
! Carry out such studied as maybe necessary for the project and reviewing with the client alternative design and construction solutions.
! Preparing the outline project plan which may include a preliminary cost plan, a preliminary project
planning and implementation scheduled, a preliminary cash flow projection including probable constructions costs and fees and a resources plan.
! At the early stage of starting a project, architect must have an appointment with the client.
! Ascertaining the client’s objective, brief and constraints for the project and
advising the client how to achieve the objectives.
The development calls for a mixed development that includes retail, class A office space and residential service apartments. The three different program functions were stacked vertically and topped with a health club and sky garden at level 53.
The design makes an elegant and more importantly a fitting addition to the Kuala Lumpur City Center. The tower has its own distinguished presence while complimenting the monumental presence of the Petronas Tower.
The palace of justice sited on 8.2 acres site across the central boulevard, facing the Putrajaya Corporation and Putrajaya Grand Mosque along the qiblat axis. The complex shall replace the Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad at Dataran Merdeka. The complex shall be a landmark building where the future Merdeka Parade will be held.
Utilising locally sourced and manufactured materials, finishes and technology were the main criteria in the formulation of the design. The architecture was designed to be in characteristic with the other landmark and notable buildings in Putrajaya. To complete and deliver by 2003 require close liaison with the client, the end user and the other specialist consultant that requires instant and pro-active attention. A specialize complex, the courthouse is to function efficiently, extreme protocol and security segregation between the judges, staff, public and accused were closely scrutinised.
The 50 acres site is located within the government precinct oval. The complex accommodates the Prime Minister’s Department. The complexity of designing and conceptualising arises since day one. Initially, with the understanding of the government hierarchy and protocols.
The overall traffic circulation into and within the complex was crucial and considered. The segregation between the private, public, official traffic and pedestrian was finely tuned to maximum security and efficient. The circulation network put much emphasis on manipulating the complex grandeur and intricacies. The fast track construction requires immediate, constant monitoring and decisions from end users, clients, project managers, consultants and contractors. New building materials and technology were introduced throughout the construction of the complex.

detailing introduced to the lobbies, fixtures and landscape elements shall further enhance the image. The Burj An-Nile potrays an international image as well as an Islamic Sudan. The tower was designed to set further back from the south boundary, to make way for a landscape plaza where public access and congrerate, view and appreaciate, the tower and the entire complex composition as a total.
