MR.SHARIL

AN EYES ON

SUCCESSMr.Syaril has a total of 10 years working

experience. He has worked as an assistant

architect at Shah Alam in the year 2005 and is

currently a Senior Architect at ANUAR AZIZ

ARCHITECT Sdn Bhd and has been working with

them since 2008 in Petaling Jaya.

Mr.Syaril completed his SPM examination in the

year 1996 and started his journey to become

an architect. In 1997,Mr. Syaril began to study

A levels, but unfortunately there was an

economic decline in the year 1998 that caused

him to change courses and do a Diploma in

the year 2002 . He obtained one year of

internship experience in Shah Alam as a

assistant architect and in the year 2003

,Mr.Syaril was determined to advance his

education and obtain a Degree in Architecture

(part II) . Ih the year 2005, he successfully

graduated from the degree program and has

since been deeply immersed in his work.

CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING

Discussing the objectives, requirements

and budget of a project. An architect

have to preparing and presenting

feasibility reports and design proposals to

the client by using IT in design and project

management, specifically using computer-

aided design software. Producing detailed

workings, drawings and specifications of

the nature and quality of materials

required. An architect have also

negotiating with contractors and other

professionals by preparing applications for

planning and building control

departments among controlling a

project from start to finish Regular site

visits to check on progress,

ensuring that the project is running on

time and ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is

managed.

ON WORKING ACTIVITIES INCLUDE…

Type of certification does an

architect require.Certificate does an architect require is CF

and CCC. The meaning of CF is Certificate

of Fitness, it’s mean the conditions

required is, all relevant parties

recommendation letter (surat sokongan)

again, refer to CPC, and also their own

(local authorities) various dept

inspection, namely Building Dept, Planning

Dept, Road &

drainage, landscaping, streetlighting, safe

ty & health. CCC is Certificate of

Completion and Compliance to provide

sufficient brown envelope to all the

relevant parties during inspection and

obtaining surat sokongan.

The mean of building plan to an

architect.Building plans are a graphical

representation of what a building will look

like after construction. They are used by

builders and contractors to construct

buildings Building plans are also useful

when it comes to estimating how much a

project will cost, and preparing project

budgets.

Professional Architects.The applicant shall be person who is a

Graduate Architect, has obtained the

practical experience as prescribed by

the Board and passed the Part Ш

Porfessional Examnination and is the

Corporate Member of the Malaysian

Institute of Architects (PAM).

The Roles and Responsibilities of

the LA and the PSP.Local Authority is approve the

Planning Permission and Building Plan.

PSP Submit the Building Plan to the LA

for approval using Form A, Ensure that

the rectification of non-compliances

during construction as stipulated in the

LA notice to the PSP are complied with

before issuing the CCC.
