› Condition & Predictive Maintenance Continually monitor the building stock, by executing run-time fault detection and diagnostics, combined with probability algorithms, to identify root cause issues and automate the generation of prioritised maintenance tasks. Both alerts based on condition or prediction, can be filtered further to critical impact, energy cost or comfort to allow operators to prioritise maintenance activities.

Scripted testing allows mass scale automation and data collection of system performance without human intervention.
