The purpose of the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF) is to promote a heart-centred approach to breathwork, its theory and practice,for the expansion of consciousness and for personal and global transformation

The International Breathwork Foundation is open to anyone interested in conscious breathing, well-being, health and healing. It is a resource for people who use conscious breath for spiritual purification – or simply for having a good time!

IBF is a global network that shares up-to-date information about breathwork theories, techniques, experiences, schools and methods.

THE GLOBAL INSPIRATION CONFERENCE Is an opportunity for people who share

an interest in breathwork to meet. It is a space for lectures, debates, seminars and workshops.

The annual conference is an inspiring occasion to exchange perspectives on breath and life! It provides a creative forum to teach and learn about breathwork. The GIC encourages the active involvement of all people involved in conscious breath. It presents cooperative activities that have the transformational tool of breathwork at their core.

The conference has been running for 15 consecutive years, and it is a

magnificent occasion to discover your healing breathing rhythm. 

It is a chance to participate in a week of love, connection and transformation

with people from all around the world.

The ‘Inspiring Love’ conference in Mexico, takes place in the IMSS
