Benefits: The classic herbal compress remarkably relievesmuscle pain and evenly improves the blood circulation. Deeply relaxing.

Ingredients: acacia concinna leaf, common plantain, plai, lemongrass, tamarind leaf, kaffir lime, turmeric, galanggal, borneol, camphor, salt.

Instructions: Soak the ball in water, and then drain it. Then steam 10-15 minutes. Wait to cool down to around 60° C, and then press on the body parts 3-4 times. The used ball shall be kept and used within one week.
