“I am Sadaf Amjad!”

Sadaf Amjad, a resident of Lakho Dehar, is a mesmerizingly talented student of fifth standard at

ABNI school which is an outreach project of FMH. She is only 12 years old and has such

swiftness that fascinates everybody around her. Her family comprises of eight members

including her five siblings. She is the eldest of the lot. Her father is a farmer out there and earns

almost Rs.15000 per month. This proves to be quite hard for them as they have to fulfill all

there needs in this minimal income.

All her siblings are studying in the ABNI school as her parents support the idea of being

educated and stand out among others. She wants to become a doctor for the sake of serving

people. She says that all her siblings want to become successful to earn a good living for

themselves so that they can easily support their parents. Her parents are quite impressed with

the environment of the ABNI school as there is no other school in that area. Moreover, the staff

is well educated and is always ready to help the children with any problem.
