Our Domestic Consulting Department is offering advisory services to more than 180 farms in Germany with a total of more than 60,000 cows and 270,000 hectares arable land with a focus on milk production, investments, controlling and risk management, finance, human resource management, cross compliance, land management, and company succession. Closely linked with the Domestic Consulting Depart- ment is our International Consulting Department which works both on behalf of public donor organisa- tions (in particular the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture, GIZ, World Bank, EU and others) and private clients (foreign agribusinesses). Our project managers are responsible for coordinating the projects abroad and the corresponding backstop- ping activities. In the implementation they can fall back directly on the in-house expertise of our domestic department and can also rely on the specialist knowled- ge of a great number of appropriate national and international experts who are assigned to the respective projects according to their skills.
