In line with the requirements for registering "Aeronautical Agreements and Arrangements" as per ICAO Doe 6685, please find attached; the following.

(ICAO Registration Agreement No 5305 refers).

• Certified and in duplicate: delegation oversight request with Schedule lA dated 20'" June 2014 between Ireland (IAA) and Norway (CAA) on ICAO Article 83bis delegation agreement for subject 8787-8 Irish registered delegated aircraft, to reflect its operation with Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA Norway.

The revised Schedule lA was signed in Dublin Ireland on 20'" June 2014, and was signed in Bodo Norway on 20"' June 2014.

In accordance with the provisions o[ the Article 83bis delegation agreement signed on 07" June 2013 by Director General for the Civil Aviation Authority of the Kingdom of Norway, and by Irish Aviation Authority Ireland, to implement the general conditions outlined In Article 83bis of the Convention on International Civil Aviation. The Irish Aviation Authority wishes to delegate flight operations personnel and maintenance surveillance functions to the Civil Aviation Authority of Norway in regard to the lease of the Irish registered aircraft whilst being operated by Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA Norway.

5 The Irish Aviation Authority will issue a General Certificate of Validation to pennlt Pilots of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA Airlines Norway to fly the Irish registered aircraft: during the lease period. lt Is emphasised that a copy of the General Validation shall be carried by each Individual Pilot and Is only effective provided the licence Issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Norway or Issued by a contracting State and accepted as valid by the Civil Aviation Authority of Norway and associated medical validity and ratings are current. A copy of the General Validation Certificate Is attached.

6 This Authority would be grateful if you would acknowledge In writing your acceptance or otherwise of the delegated functions listed under Items 1, 2, 3, 4 above and your agreement to the procedures for General Validation of Pilots Licences as detailed In Item 5 and associated General Certificate of Validation of Pilots Licences.
