using the variables available in this screen.

The export to Excel (Reports) provides all of the record information
necessary to address reporting needs. The export also contains a
hyper-link to related document images.
You can even search by

the “From Top of” and “To Base Of”
formation codes stores all formation
codes between the two markers for
the lease tract. Formation codes
are unique to the Company’s
definition of multiple geological
basins. Reporting and mapping can
now be specific to one or more
formations.
LEASE - PROVISIONS:
LEASE CROSS - REFERENCE:
Provision model dictates which provisions
must be addressed in every lease. User
can add single provisions. A short remark
is required.
Provisions appear in order of usual
appearance on lease.
An obligation date and amount is optional.
The next occurring obligation date appears in
the lease header.
Wells and contracts can be cross-referenced to lease tracts here,
or in mass x-ref tool (Mass Change) from the search screen.
User can jump from the cross-reference screen to the
related record (well, or contract).

bottom hole location and
surface locations.
WELL - TRACT:
Capture company’s cross-section
unit allocation factors.
Well tracts allow the user to search for
wells in units covering more than one
section, or vertical wells with different
surface and bottom hole locations.
WELL - DATES:
The Dates tab allows the user to record important
chronological events in the life of the well.
Add multiple event dates to
facilitate workflow and
reporting.
WELL - INTEREST:
Create initial recap for
economics and billing.
Company interests roll
up to the header.

The Fuel gauge identifies the stage of the mineral deed or lease
record being acquired until ultimately it is a completed record.
