Technical High, School Centre, Panaji, rejected his request for extension of leave and directed him to join duties in the School immediately as the teaching work in the TeChnical High School Centre had badly suffered and,as his presence was badly required to conduct practicial classes in the Carpentry Workshop. Shri Monteiro has however failed to report for duties in the School, upto this date, despite the instructions from his superior authori- ties. This act of Shri Monteiro shows his negligence towards his duties, which is in clear Contravention of C. C:S. Conduct Rules thereby making his liable to face disciplinary action. Further, the Memorandum No. 15-30-(25)-87-Adm. 1/99 dated 22-9- 1994, sent to him by the undersigned, by Registered Post A. -D. in his last known residential address, has been returned by the postal autlIorlties with the endorsement "Unclaimed, return to Sender." As per resolution of the Managing Committee under minute No. 18, dt. 3-1-1995, the above mentioned Comunidade is hereby convened for an extraordinary meeting in its Meeting Hall, at Lounilim, at 1030 a.m. on 31-1-1995, Tuesday, after the pUblication of this notice in the Official Gazette'with representation of 2/3 of its Social Capital in order to decide ori the application dt. 2-12-1995, of Goa Refineries, C/o Monte Furtado Bldg. St. Mary's Colony, Miramar Panaji, Goa, represented by their Director Mr. V. C. G6palkrishnanin which they requests to this Comunidage to sell the land about.(5.00000 sq. rots.) five lacks square metres comprised in following survey Nos .. 302, 293, 291, 290, 286, 284, 282, 285, 281, 280, 279,265,266;268,264,262,260,261,259,263,324,327,357,202,201, 101, 162, 199, 193, 196, and 217, under article 304-f of the Code of Comunidades in force, for the purpose of a refinery.

If the Comunidade fails to meet on the said day again it is convened on 3-2-1995, Friday, for the second time in the said form time place and for the same purpose and still if it fliilsto roeet the second time again it is convened for the3rd time on 5-2-1995, Sunday, in an ordinary form at the same time, place and for the same purpose. The twenty major shareholders of the Comunidade are also convened to meet on 5-2-1995, Sunday, at 12 noon at the same place to give their concent and opinion to matter deliberated by,the Comunidade.-
