Belonging at THE CHURCH ON THE HILL
According to God’s Word, being part of a church family is important. The selection of a Bible teaching, Christ-centered church home is vital to spiritual growth. Our mission as a church is to be a people who increas-ingly know and love Jesus Christ and from joy in Him are continually seeking to make Him known until He comes again. We invite you to be part of our church family and experience the love of Christ through His people.
How Do I Join? At the close of each worship service, the Pastor will extend an “invitation” for anyone who would like to trust Christ for salvation, become part of our church family, or make any other spiritual decision. Simply walk to him and he or another counselor will assist you with your decision.

Kitselman We are excited that you have come to worship with us at
The Church on the Hill! Our prayer is that you would experi-ence the love of Jesus Christ from the moment you arrive until you drive off our campus. We want you to connect with us through Worship and Sunday School, grow deeper in your relation-ship with Jesus Christ and get involved as we serve our community. Today, as we worship together, we hope you feel like you belong. If you have a prayer request, please fill out the prayer re-quest section of your bulletin and drop it in the offering plate; our staff prays over each request weekly.

Newcomers Class
IRONMEN MINISTY Our Ironmen Ministry ministers to the needs of the widows in our church by assisting them with household and building projects. If you are interested in serving in this important ministry, contact Ray Pelland at 863-557-2658.
Join us for our annual Trunk-Or-Treat community-wide event on Saturday, October 31, at 7PM. Last year we served over 600 children and are expecting even more this year, so we need LOTS of cars participating! Everyone will need to bring their own candy (LOTS OF IT!) and have their car parked well before 6:30PM. We will start to pass out candy at 7:00PM. Please sign up early in the Welcome Center or Preschool Check-In so we will know how many cars to expect. Then, bring your car (decorated, if you wish), candy to pass out, your lawn chairs and plan to enjoy an evening of fellowship and fun! No spooky or evil decorating themes, please! Please use this church activity as a safe alternative to secular trick-or-treating and passing out candy at home as well as an out-reach opportunity. Information about our church will be passed out at the beginning of the line. Contact Audra Emrich or call the church office at 439-2345.
HARVEST DAY CELEBRATION Make plans now to be a part of our annual Harvest Day celebration on Sunday, Novem-ber 15 at 10:30AM, followed by “dinner on the grounds.” Please bring enough food for your family plus one more family (Extra meat is always appreciated!) Harvest Day is always a time of great worship, fellowship, food, and reflection as we give thanks to God for His goodness toward us.
GUATEMALA MISSION TEAM Our Guatemala mission team leaves this Saturday, October 31 from our church at 9AM! If you would like to join them in pray before they leave, please join them at 8:30AM. They will travel to Antigua, Guatemala to do a variety of outreach projects and will return on Saturday, November 7. Please pray for safety and for God to work powerfully in them and through them. The members from our church attending the trip are: Matt Duxbury Kenneth Duxbury Murry Ellison Nicole Ellison Chris Emrich Audra Emrich Nathan Emrich Mackenzie Emrich Donnie Krantz Christie Krantz Cody Krantz Andy Krantz Eric Pelland Wendy Pelland Shad Rotton Angel Rotton Shad Rotton, Jr. Chelsea Waldman Grayson Waldman Ryan Waldman Please remember to pray for the team by name throughout the week and watch our Facebook page for updates!
GREETERS NEEDED Help us to encourage and enrich the lives of each person entering the doors of The Church On The Hill by serving as a greeter to welcome and support visitors and members in a positive, friendly, spiritual manner. For details on how you can serve as a greeter, please see Kerry Vickery or speak with a Welcome Center greeter.
