Instructions to the Applicant
1. Submit this completed application or apply online (http://admissions.uindy.edu/international/apply).2. Submit a photocopy of your passport identity page.3. Submit official or certified copies of your secondary transcripts, standardized examination results, and any college/university transcripts with
English translations. We accept certified copies that are stamped and signed by the institution, the Ministry of Education, or an EducationUSA office (http://educationusa.state.gov). In certain cases, additional verification is required.
4. Have official TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language; UIndy code 1321) results or IELTS (International English Language Testing System) results sent directly to us by the testing service. Information is available at www.toefl.org or www.ielts.org. Waivers are considered for students from English-medium educational systems.
5. Have official SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test; UIndy code 1321) results or ACT (American College Test; UIndy code 1204) results sent directly to us by the testing service. Information is available at www.collegeboard.com or www.act.org. Neither the SAT or ACT are required for applicants able to transfer in at least 20 credits from another university.
6. Submit original bank statement(s) and a completed Statement of Financial Support form. For details, see the separate sheet, Financial Information for International Undergraduate Students. Financial documents are required only of students intending to apply for F1 student visas.
7. Submit the nonrefundable $25 application fee. Checks and money orders should be made payable to the University of Indianapolis. Additional payment information is available on request.

Applicants educated in non-English-medium institutions are required to submit proof of English proficiency, such as TOEFL results. Our safe, residential neighborhood is 15 minutes from downtown Indianapolis, a major city with a population of one million and a thriving busi-ness community. Local recreational opportunities include cosmopolitan offerings in the arts as well as NFL, NBA, and other professional athletics organizations, including world-famous motorsports.
Scholarships
Academic scholarships range from 5 percent to 70 percent of tuition and are awarded based on academic transcripts and examination scores. Admit-ted students are considered automatically for the best scholarship for which they are qualified.
