That year, with two workers, i-lanza got the first maintenance contract and the first HVAC international contract in EPC Project format in Morocco. The company concluded the year with an annual turnover of 0.15 million of euros.Over the following years, i-lanza continues growing mainly on EPC international projects of HVAC, reached projects across 30 countries and 4 continents (Europe, America, Asia and Africa). While the international projects grow, i-lanza gets increase the maintenance contracts, achieving to manage national facility service contracts successfully. The i-lanza´s turnover keeps a continuous and progressive growth.

2016In 2016, i-lanza opens its Fire Fighting Department in parallel to its HVAC line, also opting for EPC contracts and supporting the national market of the company. In this year, i-lanza Group acquires the company Aquatermia that will add its local goodwill and support in facility Service maintenance contracts.

2017In 2017 i-lanza experiments the greatest expansion of the company, because of the consolidation of a Joint venture with the Attieh Group in Saudi Arabia, the company Alico starts to be part in the Group. Alico has offices based in Saudi Arabia and in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) in order to operate throughout the GCC. located in this country. During this year, i-lanza Dutch Group is created, based in Rotterdam, to operate in the Benelux, North Europe and Central Europe markets. i-lanza Dutch Group expands the international EPC market of the group incorporating piping and mechanical Structures activities, it also provides facility services in the Netherlands.

2018In 2018, i-lanza Group acquires the company Ainco, which will contribute a manufacturing component to self-supply, that will increase i-lanza competitiveness on the markets. The company closed the year 2017 with an annual turnover of 11.5 million of euros.
