SELECTING THE RAMP MODEL

H = platform loading height P = wheelbase A = the loading angle ( maximum 16,5° or 30% ) C = the width of the tracks or wheels of the machine (make sure the internall ramp width is

higher by 15% than tracks or wheels of the machine to be loaded)

L = the length of the ramp Example:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Always use ramps with load capacity and wheelbase as indicated by the manufacturer

Ensure that the ramp base is parallel to the ground

The tires of the trailer or truck to be loaded must be locked

Anchor the ramps to the loading deck using one of the following Connection Systems: Tongue connection to be placed between the bed of the truck and its tailgate

Pin connection to be placed maching the hole of the plate of the ramp and the hole to be made in the bed of the truck

Chain connection to be placed from the loading deck shackle to a hook underneath the ramp

Sudden starts, stops, acceleration must be avoided and also standing on the ramps during

loading operations

It`s highy discouraged to drive on the side rails and on the ramps with wet surface

It`s forbidden to prop up the ramps with any kind of support

Using the ramps with steel crawlers and rollers is permitted only in presence of rubber bands application

It`s highly recommended a periodical chech up of the ramps conditions

Personnel deployed to ramps usage must be adequately trained on their usage and on every applicable health and safety regulations

The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for the damage caused to a third party in the event of improper use or lack of maintenance of ramps.

VI. VAN RAMPS

RAMPS for loading / unloading of VANs

Van ramps are the ideal solution to meet the load needs of any customer.

It is the most suitable system for loading and unloading small loads and they can be

mounted on all types of van.

The low weight and their compact model make them virtually unchanged for the vehicle's

payload and simplify its mobility thanks to a simple and efficient lifting and rotation

system.

Ramps are completely made of extruded aluminum profiles treated for long-lasting

operation and require no special maintenance.

Their surface is made of a non-slip aluminum alloy.

IX. GANGWAY RAMPS

The gangways made by Fabrica de carosari SRL, equipped with toeboardsand foldable

handrails are entirely manufactured in aluminium alloys.

It is produced in compliance with current lagislation UNI EN ISO 14122-3 si UNI EN 1398-

2009.

The surface of the platform is designed to be completely anti-slip aluminum alloy and it

allows easy drainage of rainwater and snow.

The rails have a top hight 1 m with medium rail installed at 0,5 m.
