• Lighting System – The interior lighting is an ‘Ergo’system and the exterior lighting utilizes a ‘Watt Stopper’system. Both are computer controlled and designed tosubstantially reduce electrical consumption.

• Fire and Life Safety – The building is fully sprinkledand uses electronic fire and security monitors in additionto live security cameras in the common areas andexterior. The parking lot is equipped with an electronicaide warning system.
