Modifier keys to edit track based HyperDraw (Track Automation)Windows Mac OS Mouse Action Tool Comments/Function

Click (hold) Arrow Tool On the track inserts a node (hold to move the node)

Click Arrow Tool On existing node deletes the node

Click-Hold Arrow Tool On an existing node allows dragging

Click-Hold Arrow Tool Between two nodes allows dragging the selected line segment

S S Arrow Tool or Automation Tool (Select) Limits the movement to one direction when pressed while moving a node.Click-Drag Pencil Tool Allows freehand drawing of nodes

S S Click-Drag Arrow Tool On automation track allows the rubber-band selection of nodes. Once selected, the horizontal orvertical movement of the selection is possible.

D D Deletes all selected O Double-Click Arrow Tool or Automation Tool (Select) On a selection calls up a dialog allowing you to delete the currently selected automation data

+A +O Click-Hold Arrow Tool On a line allows it to be curved: Horizontal movement allows "S" curves. Vertical movementallows convex/concave (parabolic) curves.
