AVA Hydrosystems, JSC is a head company of AVA Group, founded in St.-Petersburg in 1992.

AVA Engineering, Ltd, formed in St.-Petersburg in 2009, is an engineering base of our Group.

AVA Hydrocom, Ltd, founded in Kaluga in 2007, represents the AVA Group in Central Russia.



Engineering AVA Hydrosystems offers complete engineering service from concept development to full project document package, on-site implementation and aftersales support.

We develop complex machines. Hydraulic system, mechanical units and metal constructions, electric, automatic control and other systems should be taken into consideration by system integrator. Different studies, from simple calculations to complex research (R&D), are often required and carried out while designing.

To solve listed tasks, there is a company AVA Engineering on board of AVA group, which is our own design base. Highly qualified application engineers, experienced in your particular area, can offer either an off-the-shelf solution or tailor a ready project to your special requirements, saving your cost and time.

We have more than 20 year experience in design of industrial and mobile hydraulic systems. The most significant of them are: drilling drives (the Top Drives) for on-shore oil & gas industry; servocontrol systems of water gates and hydroelectric power plants; bridge and port hydraulic systems etc.

AVA Engineering, Ltd was founded in Saint-Petersburg in 2009. Today, it employs 30 hydraulic engineers, organized in some application teams: - oil&gas;- no-dig;- cylinders;- presses;- service and other.

ProductionAVA Hydrosystems is a hydraulic system manufacturer. Our production, located in Saint-Petersburg, includes metal-working, welding, painting, warehouses and assembly workshops.

Our assembly area makes possible to produce large-size or heavy hydraulic equipment as container power units for drilling drives, big cylinders for bridge spans and water gates, crane loaders, no-dig machines, presses and so on.

Our product capabilities allow us to produce industrial and mobile hydraulic top quality equipment, for example, precision machine tool drives, high speed heavy duty hydrohammer cylinders, test benches for railway machines and hydraulic power plants.

Our production is equipped with CNC machines. We produce different customized components: special rods, pistons and other cylinder parts, manifolds, etc.

Hydraulic reservoirs and metal frames are designed and produced by our company.

AVA Hydrosystems is an ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturer.

ISO 9001:2000AVA Hydrosystems' quality control depart-ment is equipped with test benches for pumps and motors, valves, high pressure hoses, hydraulic cylinders and pump units up to 250kW.


DistributionAVA Hydrosystems is the full range supplier of components for hydraulic system manufacturers.

We offer pumps and motors, hydraulic accumulators, filters, high pressure hydraulic hoses and pipelines, quick couplings, fittings, tanks and tank accessories, cylinder tubes and rods, hydraulic valves and cylinders, hydraulic and electric controls, measuring and test equipment. The most of these items can be shipped to customers from our stock in Saint- Petersburg.

AVA Hydrosystems supplies hydraulic system parts, matches alternative components and replaces obsolete hydraulic items for the companies, carrying out renovation of their production.

Our customers are Russian oil&gas corporations, manufacturers of construction machinery, power plants, power engineering and automation companies in Russia and abroad, shipbuilding and ship-repair yards, forestry, woodworking, pulp and paper enterprises, Russian railways, metallurgy plants and others.
