From Hong Kong International Airport to the hotel (41.6 km)

Pick up: The hotel representative will meet you at the airport arrival hall with a hotel signage and escort you to the limousine. The limousine is normally a 4-seater Mercedes Benz S350.
x Option 3: Airport Express + MTR o Step 1: Take Airport Express to Tsing Yi Station (~14 minutes, cost HK$60,
frequency: every 12 minutes, operating hours: 6:00 – 24:00). Follow the “To City” sign to find the Airport Express platform.
o Step 2: Take MTR from Tsing Yi Station to University Station (~43 minutes, cost HK$11.2 for standard class and HK$17.8 for first class, very frequent, operating hours: 6:00 – 24:00). Interchange stations are: Lai King Station, Prince Edward Station, and Kowloon Tong Station. Please check Figure 1 for MTR system map.
o Step 3: The hotel is within walking distance from MTR University Station. Check Google Maps link for details.
x Option 4: Airbus A41 + MTR o Step 1: Take Airbus A41 (~60 minute drive, cost HK$22.3) to Sha Tin Central
Bus Terminus (next to MTR Sha Tin Station). Frequency: every 20 minutes. Operating hours: 06:00 – 24:00. Payment: Exact payment (no changes) or pay by Octopus Card (how to get one). Please follow these instructions to find the bus stop:
� Step 1: follow the “To City” sign to find the Bus Terminus
� Step 2: In front of the terminus, you will see a Bus Information board. You can easily find the location of the A41 bus here.
Note: You have to press the bell to inform the driver that you will get off at the next stop (Sha Tin Central Bus Terminus). On the bus, there will be announcement of the stop information in English, Mandarin (Putonghua) and Cantonese.
o Step 2: Take MTR East Rail Line from MTR Sha Tin Station to MTR University Station (~8 minutes, cost HK$4.0 for standard class and HK$8.0 for first class). The hotel is within walking distance from MTR University Station. Check Google Maps link for details.

x Option 3: Public bus 272K
The hotel is next the MTR University Station (check Google Maps link for walking instructions), from where you can take public bus KMB 272K to Science Park (~10 minutes, cost HK$3.8). Bus frequency: every 5 – 15 minutes (more frequent in rush hour). Bus station2 is just outside Exit B of University Station (see Figure 2).
When you arrive at Science Park, the Auditorium is within walking distance. Check Figure 3 for details.
