Transmission Housing Machining
The raw material is GB QT-450-10 ductile iron, resin sand casting, well heat treatment; machining by DOOSAN horizon type machining center one clamping & one location, tolerance within 0.02mm.

Yoke Machining
The raw material is GB QT-600-3 ductile iron, resin sand casting, well heat treatment; machining by DAHLI vertical type machining center, one clamping & one location, tolerance within 0.02mm.

Yoke Connecting Key Slot Machining
In order to ensure the yoke’s connection key slot accuracy within 0.02mm, we adopt cut of WEDM, so that, user enable adjusting the install position between valve & actuator accordingly.

Bad Yoke
• Inaccuracy machining, poor casting heat treatment might caused such kind damage! • Our actuators won’t have such kind problem.

Apparently our spring container have enough thickness, honed inner surface very smooth, spring seat with PTFE guide, enable spring working steady & reliable.
