Hwashin special textile filter Co., Ltd. has produced industrial textile -

special fabrics used for various industry, canvas fabrics, heavy textile, textile

coatings and laminating, and has fully performed it’s role as supporting

enterprise of environmental contamination prevention which supply filter bag,

filter cloth, parts for dust collector and other industrial filters, since it was

established on Jul. 15.1977.

Our company continuously performed changes and innovation in order

to survive and grow in rapidly changing world situation and technology.

Moreover, we are not satisfied with current improvement and exert ourselves

to continuous improvement with way of thinking that “the way we do now

may be the worst one”

Recently, we make an effort to research and develop to be ranked in top

of next generation environmental industry in Korea and in the world with

for 5 products out of our products since 2008, In addition to this, we are in

We, Hwa Shin special textile filter Co., Ltd have done our role as

supporter of environmental industry from the beginning of

industrialization of Korea, as our 33years’ business history proves.

We have realized the fact that we have to produce environmental

friendly products as a company belongs to environmental industry,

and introduced environment management system to countermeasure

environmental issues.

We have acquired utility model right for such product as

synthetic fiber filter cloth, antistatic filter cloth, high density filter

cloth for the first time in Korea, and continued to develop filtration

media which is required for environmental contamination prevention,

and succeeded localization of imported goods for the first time in

Korea.

With relation to such environmental industry, we have produced

and supplied goods in weaving industrial textile, textile coating and

laminating fields with aggressive investment for equipment.

Recently, we have established Hwa ShinHigh-tech , so that we have

got the framework to produce parts for dust collector equipments.

PPS series material, broadly known as trade mark of Ryton since it has developed in 1973, shows excellence especially in chemical resistance. It is used for various type of boilers and incinerators and recognized as superior capacity.

It has excellent capability of resisting acid and alkaline so that it is possible to use under PH1 ~ PH14 in gas condition.It is suitable to use for industrial plant which generate a lot of acid gas. It has superior effect of abrasion resistance and elasticity restoration.

Polyamide Felt (P84)

P84 is aromatic polyamide felt which was developed by LENZING of Austria, which has complicated modified cross-section while general synthetic fiber has round cross-section. Consequently it has excellent collection capability of sub micron particle because intervals between fibers are narrower compared with same volume of other fiber.

Also it has conductivity by itself and therefore there is no problem caused by electrostatics.

Heat resistance : Continuous use temperature is 260℃ and instant maximum use temperature is possible to 300℃.

Chemical resistance : It is strong against acid but weak against alkaline. It is suitable for incinerator, which has input equipment of calcium hydroxide and does not generate acidic and strong alkaline dust, and is also suitable for facilities which requires high ventilation and high dust collecting efficiency like carbon black plant.

Chemical resistance : It has excellent capability of resisting acid and alkaline so that it is possible to

use under PH1 ~ PH14 in gas condition. It is able to use at saturated vapor of 260℃. It has excellence

in abrasion resistance, flexibility and elasticity restoration.

Application : Various smokeless coal, Bituminous coal boiler, industrial waste incinerator, first and

second metal melting furnace, lead, glass melting furnace, bunker C oil boiler, metropolitan waste

Fiber Glass : WOVEN; Fiber glass fabric + PTFE Membrane coating

Use of filter bag made of fiber glass has been increased for

high temperature bag of dust collector.

Fiberglass used for high temperature is one of filter bag filtration

media that are used worldwide because of low expenses and high

capability.

Generally fiber glass felt is made of 350~900g/m²and shows

high filtration efficiency.

And since it is woven fabric, it should be used with pulse air under

4kg/cm², and tight interval of wire and ring.

Main application : Carbon black, cement, nonferrous metal refinery,

casting, refinery, coal boiler, incinerator etc.

Merit : Excellent chemical resistance.

Finishing process

Tritemp finish : It is special combination of silicon PTFE and graphite which provide maximum

lubrication and friction resistance, and is applied for various filtration type, mainly used for cement and

casting industry.

Teflon B Coating: Teflon B coating process of DuPont provide with excellent cake detach, chemical

resistance, and high heat lubrication and has soft face.

This finish process is suitable for various dust- collecting equipments and control of air pollution and

mainly used for boiler equipment.

Acid Guard finish : This is finish process designed for providing excellent acid resistance so that

flexibly reacts against rising temperature in dust collector.

PTFE membrane coating : It is advanced finish process which enhance dusting capacity and prolong

life of bag filter by preventing dust from penetrating into bag by laminating Teflon membrane on fiber

glass bag.

Pre coating : Pre-coating means process of coating substance like aluminum silicate in advance in

dust collecting equipment in order to enhance duration and capacity of newly changed bag filter.

Teflon matching coating: This is process of matching Teflon solvent and getting property.

Mainly used filter media is PE or PP non –woven fabric which is vary from 400g to 750g, and is used where temperature of dust collector is not high.

Finish process : antistatic (antistatic thread, SUS Spray), repellent, antistatic repellent, flame retardant, acid resistance, napping etc.

Mono filter cloth

Mono filament fabric is woven fabric, web structured filter cloth with a piece of extruded

filament , which is filter cloth of next generation that expanding market strength rapidly because of

it’s better filtration efficiency compare with existing traditional non-woven fabric or multi filament

fabric.

Existing filter cloth used in filtration process (existing process) has trouble to change filter cloth

often, because of clogged mesh when it is used for certain period, while our mono filament fabric

can be used for a time more than 3~4 times of current use without clogging of mesh with constant

flow rate, due to excellent cake detachability and washability, since it was made from excellent

calendaring and weaving technology. It also has stable filtration capacity due to enhanced stability

made by special heat treatment.

Especially Mono filament fiber, having various pore size from 1 to 500, is high efficiency, high

function filter cloth suitable for following filtration process
