Ensure that installation matches the approved drawings. Ensure that latest life safety guidelines by local authorities & EMG guidelines are implemented in the retail units. Ensure that tenant submissions are reviewed & returned within the allowable time frame. Attend to technical workshops with tenant designers and contractors Prepare & issue inspection reports highlighting installation anomalies Review, conduct feasibility study and prepare scope of works for tenant variation requests. Maintain records of changes carried out to base build HVAC system.
