Applications include residential use, commercial prefiltration, paint arrestance, and even odour control. B.C. Disposable Panel Filters—TA Series TA Series filters are available with synthetic or fiberglass media in a variety of efficiencies. Our 1” filters utilize mechanically fastened pinch frame construction with “bottlecapping” to prevent blowout. 2” filters predominantly use the same high-strength Die-Cut frames our pleated filters use. B.C. Air Filter is one of the only manufacturers worldwide to build to this standard.

AP-7 Pleated Filters The B.C. Air Filter AP-7 has become the industry standard in B.C., and for good reason. Manufactured to exacting specifications, the AP-7 provides performance and value. Standard and high capacity models are available in in 1”, 2” and 4” depths in a variety of standard & special sizes. The AP-7 Pleated Filter achieves MERV 7 (25-30% efficiency) based on the ASHRAE 52.2 test standard.

AP-8 Pleated Filters B.C. Air Filter is excited to feature our new line of synthetic performance filters. Offering numerous benefits over standard cotton-poly blend medias, synthetic materials are the next step in filtration performance. The AP-8 is available in 1”, 2” and 4” depths in a variety of standard & special sizes. The AP-8 Pleated Filter achieves MERV 8 (30-35% efficiency) based on the ASHRAE 52.2 test standard.

AP-11 Pleated Filters The AP-11 utilizes a MERV 11 synthetic pleat material. Offering the ultimate in performance, this pleated filter is extremely efficient without excessive restriction to the air. The AP-11 is available in 1”, 2” and 4” depths in a variety of standard & special sizes. The AP-11 Pleated Filter is rated at MERV 11 (40-45% efficiency) based on the ASHRAE 52.2 test standard.

Air Filter manufactures a wide variety of panels and links, in numerous combinations of media, including carbon impregnated medias for odour control. Applications include intake filtration for paint booths, residential furnaces, heat-pumps, commercial HVAC equipment and more. Mini-Pleat Products B.C. Air Filter’s mini-pleat products, such as the MPV Cell, offer incredible advantage over standard box filters. With vastly lower initial resistance and increased service life, many customers are realizing savings of up to 50% over their previous filters. Available in various configurations in 4”, 6” and 12” depths and efficiencies from 45% ASHRAE to 95% DOP.

B.C. Air Filter manufactures a complete line of extended surface bag filters. The Airpac can be configured to accommodate a wide range of airflows, and is available in a myriad of sizes. Available in depths from 8” to 36” and efficiencies from MERV 11 to 14 (65% to 95% efficiency).
