Summary

➢ Domestic armored conflict poses challenges for humanitarian aid

➢ Quick response is required to support affected population

➢ Under non-violent circumstances, international and domestic hubs of UN organizations can be used

➢ Currently, UN hubs in the affected region are not accessible for operations at significant levels

➢ International support and pressure is required to implement humanitarian corridors to use pre-positioned stock and

deliver it so the beneficiaries.

➢ Additional challenge: the conflict region has taken on refugees from other countries prior to the outbreak of the

military conflict
