General Principles of FACA

FACA is grounded in the (54) articles of the CRC. Each article is indivisible and its articles are interdependent.

FACA provides that the child is entitled to the rights set out in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child with appropriate modifications to meet Belizean conditions.
