We are looking for an experienced and capable HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources (HR) team who is committed to enabling the organisation to be the best it can be. This position works closely with the HR Director providing specialist knowledge on Employee Relations, Employment Law and HR Policy Development topics whilst delivering high level expertise, leadership and guidance to the organisation. This role is a combination of operational and strategic activities that provide the best HR and business practice to enable our internal customers to succeed in their mission. Activities will span the core HR skill sets of Employee Relations, Strategic Resourcing and Talent Planning, Talent Management, Change Management, Performance Management and Reward. Working closely with senior managers to create and implement initiatives that support the organisations values and culture. Keep up to date with legislative changes and ensure all relevant employee relations documentation meets these obligations whilst supporting the organisation’s strategic direction and culture. Actively promote diversity and inclusion across the organisation and use metrics to inform decision making and improvements. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Behaviour Science or other relevant discipline would be advantageous. Experienced in a senior generalist HR capacity along with specialist experience in Employment Law, Performance and Reward or Talent Management topics preferred.
